9 days in and still wait for my goods which were dispatched 3 days ago. The "track my order" facility need not be there as it doesn't function. No phone number available, so cannot ring them. Would I buy again from this company? Not a cat in hell's chance !

As per the other recent reviews, payment made 6 September, only to find company in liquidation. They should not be still taking order and yet they are. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on 10 September only to find out today from one of their neighbours that they have gone into administration - over 2 weeks ago.
Website is still live and they are still taking payments but not fulfilling orders.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GS UK Ltd, They have gone in to Administration, they went in to Administration last week, They are advertising "Technical delivery issues" this in not true. they will not answer the phones, or e mails. I ordered this Monday, I went to there place of business, no one is there, I'll get my money back through the credit card company.

Our company have been using GS UK for almost 2 decades now and we cannot recommend them enough!

During that time we've purchased multiple embroidery machines from them, any accessories, software and any related consumables. The quality of the products and delivery times have always been excellent.

All necessary maintenance carried out by them have always been swift, professional and with no hidden-cost surprises.

They have always been more than welcome to help with any hardware or software issues and their pricing and stock availability have always very competitive.

Definitely a friendly, passionate and 'above and beyond' company with that 'personal touch' that's becoming all too rare these days. Thank you GSUK for helping our business to run so smoothly for all these years!

Massive thank you to Annette who answered every one of my 716 questions and made the extra effort to ensure we had the perfect machine for our niche business and even had a special bracket ordered in for us.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I received no response whatsoever, indicating a lack of regard for customer service.

Furthermore, I encountered significant difficulties in initiating a return process. I was not provided with a return address or a merchandise code, leaving me unable to resolve the issue promptly.

To exacerbate matters, I was informed by PayPal that I could not file a claim for a refund, leaving me feeling stranded and unsupported as a customer.

The most concerning aspect was the vast difference between the color of the item I received and what was advertised on the website. This inconsistency severely undermines the credibility of their product listings.

While the monetary value of my purchase may have been modest, the service provided was shockingly poor. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Gs uk helped us very much in our early days as a start up company , they have supplied the correct equipment and machinery for our business needs . Brought my first embroidery machine from them. Great customer service from the first contact to present day. Very helpful with any queries. Engineers are efficient and helpful. Supplies of embroidery threads and equipment always arrive promptly. Special mention to Annette who has gone above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.
