The training was concise and related directly to the areas needed, Dan did a great job training and Rachael got us all organised, many thanks.

The trainer was extremely experienced person and share with us a lot of information how the regulations are working in practice.
However 5 days for the course is definitely too much. 2-3 days should be more than enough to share all necessary information

Dan explained everything clearly and answered questions very knowledgably.
A great course for a person entering into the tunneling sector, or someone who needs a little bruh on the current standards.

The joining email was clear and provided details of the course, booklets to read and joining instruction for the online course.
The course was delivered in a professional manner and pitched at the right level to enable the attendees to gain understanding and awareness regarding tunnel safety.

From start to finish, the course was very well put together. Rachel was great as was Dan who made the course more interesting with his delivery .
Would highly recommend this company.

Just finished my SMSTS online course the instructor Dan was brilliant and Rachel made the admin side of things run smoothly. Would highly recommend however we all felt the course could have been completed in a shorter time 3 day's would have been sufficient.
