No problem, do trust you don't cancel an order unlike another company who did when I ordered 1500 litres day before price went up in early march and I'd already paid . I call that profiteering/ price gouging. Won't use them again

Been a customer for nearly 40 years. Great service with competitive prices and quick delivery. Honest and trustworthy company who honoured Heating Oil price during current conflict. Drivers are very friendly and take care during delivery. Always provide pre notice of delivery via email. Would not change suppliers even if price was cheaper due to consistent service delivered.

This company after many years of loyal custom from ourselves living in a rural location that required the use of small tankers because of our lane width and location have suddenly decided to refuse to deliver to us because their drivers say they cannot drive their new fleet of tankers up this lane, despite the fact that the lane is continually used by heavy and large farm vehicles servicing the farm at the end of the lane. What kind of company makes an investment that reduces their market share rather than trying to expand it? Not one that has its primary aim of making a profit and serving it's customers for sure.

The management of this company ought to go out and get some training in how to run a company such that investments are geared to increasing profits, not reducing them.

Update relating to their reply to my review:

I eventually managed to get a written explanation from the company - it seems that the baby tankers can no longer access our property via the single track road, a road that often has heavy and large farm vehicles going up and down it and one that they have previously driven on with baby tankers for over 25 years. I challenged their explanation but received no further communication from them.

So I leave it up to readers to form their own opinion on why this company abruptly stopped delivering after 25 years of successfully driving baby tankers up and down the road and why a week later a competitor delivered to us without any problem using a baby tanker.

Unfortunately, G Thomas were unable to deliver to our property. I had to chase the delivery twice to be told that our road was too narrow to gain access. The refund,however, was processed promptly by Tracey who did exactly what she said she would and fed back to us.

despite informing them I needed a smaller delivery vehicle they cancelled delivery due to them allocating the delivery to a large vehicle and informed me of cancellation at 6am in the morning before any vehicle had left the depot, and this they have done previously as an excuse. Thankfully after phoning to complain they delivered my order the next day. All in all I would recommend G Thomas as a reliable caring company
