John came the day after my initial enquiry and made a thorough and detailed examination of the property. He then put bait in every conceivable place and reassured us he would be back within a month to check outcome. John was extremely polite and considerate, let’s hope the mice stay away.
Great company came late evening and cleared maggots which were spreading from the bins and kitchen and living room was completely full of maggots, very friendly and trustworthy and went beyond to empty the bins and treated the wheeli bins on the drive and outside garden. Will definitely recommend this company. Thank you
Really happy with the service from John. He arrived as promised, was friendly and professional, and took his time to properly inspect the house and identify where the mice were getting in. He used concrete to block the entry points and also provided a one year guarantee.
He was also really helpful over the phone, taking the time to explain everything and talk me through the process. He kept me updated throughout, even while dealing with other jobs. Great service overall and I’d definitely recommend him.

John was very punctual and professional. He thoroughly inspected the entire house and identified areas where rats could potentially enter, then placed appropriate blockages to prevent them from getting in. Overall, a good and effective service. Highly recommended.

Thank you Rishabh, i am glad we were able to resolve your issue and get rid of the rodent.
We saw a rat in the living room, which escaped under the stairs into a huge gap in the floorboards. John came out within a few hours and performed a detailed survey and bait and traps were put down. The rat was caught a few hours later and John then proceeded to proof all access points, which included sealing the gap in the floorboards and laying down flooring under the stairs and sealing all access points. I feel comfortable again at home and can’t recommend this company enough.
