Guardian property services did a fabulous job of plastering my hall, stairs and landing. They also fixed my garden fence.
Very polite and respectful of my property. The area was completely clean and tidy when they left. Excellent communication. I would fully recommend them

Dean was efficient and punctual, ensuring my home was left tidy once all work was completed.

GPD were recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier! Had a bedroom completely gutted, plastered, fireplace removed and boarded and some electrics sorted / moved. So professional, tidy, amazing work and very very reasonably priced!! Cannot recommend enough!

I have used this company for several jobs over the years, including a warm roof conservatory installation and plastering several artex ceilings, and the service has always been excellent from start to finish.
Dean and his team are professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything has always been completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. They are also extremely neat and tidy — something I really appreciated during each project.

Dean from GPD rebuilt and re-plastered what was an ugly internal door, converting it to an internal wall and window between room. Although this was a small job, it sits between our most used rooms and needed to blend in well. In a single day Dean rebuilt a frame, plaster-boarded and then plastered the new window. The finished job was absolutely excellent, exactly what we envisaged and finished to perfection.
Dean is also really punctual, he only charges what he quotes, and he is really tidy, very friendly and totally professional.
Easily a 5-star rating….in a world where reputation counts, I can’t recommend Dean highly enough.
