Prior to my purchase I had not heard of GU Digital, but I'm glad that a simple Google search brought them onto my radar. I found the product I was looking to purchase at a whopping 30% off of rrp and 16% off of regular retailers.

Placing the order was straightforward and a conformation email was received within a minute (even on a Saturday night). I elected to use the next day shipping, and sure enough the product turned up on the next working day (around 9 am too)

The item was exactly as it should be, so I haven't the need to contact GU Digital further, just the way internet shopping should be.

I have now recommended GU Digital to a few friends who may be after similar products in the near future.

I was looking for a new Garmin Edge 1000 with a bundle kit included, which is really expensive. However, after searching the internet I saw Google had an advert with gudigital.com for a bundle that was £350.19 (at the time of purchase). Other well known resellers were selling the same bundle for £444.99 (!) So called them up, spoke to them about what was in the bundle and asked if they had any express delivery options. They explained what was on offer and confirmed they had stock. I ordered the Garmin from their website. It arrived recorded delivery the next day. Best price online in the UK. Result. Thanks! The customer service in this shop is spot on. I went in looking at the Sat Navs for my motorbike. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which Garmin would be best for me. He didn't have the one I needed in stock but he was more than happy to order it for me and I was able to pick it up in store within a few days! Will definitely be buying from them again soon.

I was looking for a Garmin sat nav and had a model in mind that was £319 so with my credit card in hand I went to buy it. Upon assessing my needs they managed to find one with everything I need for just £189 which was also a Garmin. Mark (the guy in the shop) saved me a small fortune as I didn't need many of the more specific features that the more expensive one had. Refreshing to get honest service

I went to this company to buy a product that I heard about and they did not have it in stock so the guy called Dan was very helpful and said he could help and within 24 hours I had my product that a wanted but it happened to be a lot cheaper than expected and I got extra insurance for next to nothing. If any one out there needs anything urgent I would recommend that you call this company and ask them. Deffo shop with this company again.

I ordered 2 Polar Pro filters for my GoPro. When I found one was scratched, I called and was sent a better and more expensive replacement in its place at no extra cost. Which was sent out the same day and delivered the next. Exemplary service as I was flying out and needed it that next day. Not even amazon sellers could have turned it round that quick.
