Guitarsgarden Avis 

I have purchased over 20 Firefly guitars from Guitars garden and for the money I have paid for these guitars I am fully satisfied. Yes some of them could use better electronics in places like switches and pickups but for the price you are paying for these guitars it is a no brainer. A couple of upgrades here and there and for half the price of an Epiphone you have a guitar as good or better. I have always been able to get ahold of customer service and when I have had problems they have taken care of me. Luna and Aron rock. Yes they could maybe do a better job of giving stats about each guitar but they are a tiny company. So if you want more info on a guitar buy it from Sweetwater or Guitar Center. Please. That leaves a better chance for me to get one when they drop.

I don't understand how anyone could buy a guitar from a company that never answers inquiry emails. In the last two years, I've come across guitars on their site that I was really interested in. But, there wasn't enough detailed spec information (which is a constant issue on their site). I tried emailing my questions so that I could make an informed buying decision. Unfortunately, they have never, ever, replied to my questions. That tells me everything I need to know about this company. Their customer service is completely non-existent. Not only do they not reply to emails of any kind, they don't even respond to comments or questions on their Facebook page. Absolutely zero response.

I own a really nice baritone tele that I bought from them years ago. Fortunately, there is nothing wrong with it and I really love it. So, I've never had to deal with them from a post sale standpoint. But, they could have sold me at least three more of their guitars if they had just taken a moment to answer my questions. Since all I get from them is the silent treatment, I have no interest in ever buying from them again. I know I am not the only one that feels this way. I see this same complaint now all over the internet. And yet, these people just don't give a rip. They don't change. They don't try to improve their communication. They do absolutely nothing! Good luck with that lame business model Firefly! You and I are done!

Buyer beware.
I ordered a pure white Les Paul copy.
The website didn't provide specifics for it and when I got it, I found the fretboard is a laminate like you put on your kitchen countertops. Who does that? It's unplayable. Really bad. The selector switch also shorts out. You only have 7 days to return it and shame on me for not knowing their return policy. I will never buy another Firefly guitar. I plan on swatting this one.

Zero customer support, completely non existent

The delivery company the seller hired to deliver my guitar (UPS) delivered it to the wrong house and GuitarsGarden refused to help in any way. No refund, no replacement via a different shipper, no customer service whatsoever. When I emailed them to inform them the guitar had been misdelivered, they responded with a copy/paste of the UPS tracking and then went radio silent.

If you have a problem with shipping, the owner will just ignore you and run off with your money. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I ordered two guitars from Guitars Garden and both had noticeable issues. My FFST’s pickguard is warped and continues to warp over time. I emailed them twice to ask if they sell a replacement pickguard (simple yes/no) and got no reply.

Nice photos don’t matter if quality control is inconsistent and customer support is unresponsive. I wouldn’t buy again.

I gave Guitars Garden five stars on July 20th I ordered a Firefly elite & received it on July 25 outstanding when I opened & took it out of the box I was amazed the quality &workmanship outstanding it was everything in the reviews I watched on u tube I n my opinion Guitars Garden is a straight up company this was my first time doing business with them & I am very pleased with Guitars Gardens service

I ordered a Firefly guitar from Guitarsgarden.com, which appears to be the "official" site for purchase, but nobody seems to know who Firefly guitars is, who owns them or where they are located. Everyone simply says "they are a Chinese company".
I have purchased several of their guitars and they have a pretty high quality build, but there components (which actually create the sound in an electric guitar) are really cheap. That being said, they are good upgrade candidates.
When I received this latest purchase, it was clearly used and/or a return. The protective plastic that comes on all pick guards and electronics cover was missing, with little pieces of it left in the screw holes. There was also a major flaw in the paint on the horns of the guitar. I did not purchase a used or returned guitar, and nowhere on their site did it state that it was possible I would receive one. I contacted their "customer service" three times on two days and never heard from them. That says everything about who and what this company is about. I can completely understand why the previous purchaser returned it.
I believe they knew what they were sending because when it is returned, and this is true for any high value item, the process records the serial number.
The point here is this is not an honest company, and if you have a problem, well...it's your problem, not theirs.
If I wanted a used guitar, that's what I would have purchases from a site that sells them, or at least tell me that's what I'm getting and charge a lower price!
One final point. DO NOT listen to the shills that review these guitars on YouTube! Do you actually believe that they will give "a completely honest" review and risk a company not sending them free guitars? Really?
