Gunpla UK  Avis

Amazing service, Product arrived on time, intact, with a friendly note with a show recommendation and a small bonus from the seller, made my day :)

Fast delivery after ordering on the website. Delivery status is well updated on Royal Mail. I recommend this company for any Gunpla fans.

I bought a sizeable order from this store and had a fantastic experience with them. They hey were far better priced than other stores offering the same products, and they got things out to me in record time, and all packaged brilliantly. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible time with the new kits I’d bought for myself and my wife and sons. Just an awesome store. I’ll be ordering from them exclusively from now on!

Fast delivery with no issue. No protection but I'm not bothered with damaged boxes as long as the stuff inside is fine.

I made a recent order with gunpla.co.uk and as part of the order I had included an item that unknown to me could not be shipped (due to the region I live in) thankfully gunpla.co.uk handled the issue respectfully and I got to exchange the items for other shippable items which were shipped in a timely manner and the team handled everything perfectly.

made an order never received the item despite repeated attempts to reach customer serviec

I find no way to reply to the reply, I ordered this with the relatives in UK. I'm not going through countless of hours getting in contact with customer service, I have taken the loss of money and you will take the loss of reputation. I'm not coming back to your company ever again and not recommending you to anyone either.

Fantastic service and value for money!

Great product arrived on time well packaged no issue

The delivery service was honestly too good, the package arrived like a week earlier than I was expecting and it came in amazing condition

Nothing much to say, I received the item that I ordered and wasn't scammed or anything, so I consider this a good experience. Delivery was also quick, as estimated.

Every interaction with this store has been top notch, owner goes above an beyond in person to help you find what your looking for, and will remain in contact during any issue you have remotely.

Good selection of cool gundams and hobby stuff at a fair price and very prompt with dispatching your order.
