I placed my first order with this company on July 15, 2024, and it won't be my last. I did a Google search for the product I wanted and compared, and they came up as the best price with the shipping and in stock. The email communications I got about my order were plenty timely and my order arrived quickly, on July 19, 2024. I have to give them a 5 star rating for the experience. I ordered a used law enforcement Remington 870 and spent 20 dollars to get the one in the best condition. The ad said that they were "fully vetted and functional" I then learned that my new 870 was missing a trigger pin. Without this it is not functional. The store told me they would send me a screw to replace it and didnt so I bought my own replacement. Once I got the replacement I tried to get it in and it would not fit. Once I got that figured out I realized that the trigger group was missing a spring that would hold the pins in. Obviously all of these issues mean the gun isnt functional. I had to spend over 35 dollars to get this "fully vetted and functional gun" working.

Company is really Birmingham Pistol doing business on-line as GunPrime. They shipped the wrong firearm, charged nearly $700 to my credit card and would not answer or return phone calls. Also would not respond to multiple emails. This went on for weeks! The firearm manufacturer corrected GunPrime's mistake ONLY after I personally contacted Springfield Armory Customer Service to request assistance and they weren't even liable. Springfield Armory Customer Service is tops. Customer service at GunPrime, however, was pathetic. Avoid this company!

This is a revision to my initial review. I ordered and paid for a Charter Arms Pathfinder .22 LR revolver from Gunprime and had it transferred through a local FFL. There was a mix-up with my local FFL dealer and the mistake was not Gunprime's fault. My local gun dealer transferred the wrong firearm to me and this error has now been remedied. Gunprime is a reputable company and they will help you with any errors or mix-ups.

I ordered a Beretta 21A on July 15TH (Saturday) and the gun was at the FFL on the 19th (Wednesday). Could not have asked for faster shipping. Outstanding company to deal with. Gunptime sold my email as soon as I gave them my info. I am receiving at least 10 random gun sale emails daily (from various companies) now after giving them my email.
What a let down. Losers!

I purchase a "new" model 29
I received the Model 29 S&W, images attached. The revolver has been shot many times as indicated by the extensive cleaning it is taken to remove residue buildup. As well, tape was still under the cylinder lock tab as well as light scratches. If this were a new revolver it was handled to the extreme and not checked before being sold to me as new. Have left a voice mail and email, no one has yet to respond to me.
