Guys N Dolls Super Salon Avis 75

This has been so disappointing. I went to have the BIAB done last Saturday. As soon as I got home, my gel started lifting. My nails were completely chipped within 2 days. I wrote to the salon as soon as I saw my gel lifting (on the same day as my appointment). We tried to arrange for me to come back to rectify, but as I kindly explained to the staff, I am working and north bristol and I have two small children. I just couldn’t make it during the only appointment they had available within the next two days.

My work doesn’t allow me to have chipped nails. I therefore kindly asked them to refund me this time so that I can have my BIAB taken off at a local salon (and I already booked the next infill with them in a couple of weeks).

They refused my request, saying they could do it themselves. They are short on staff and short on appointments (as they mentioned in their message). Despite this, they refused to refund me.

I am now with chipped nails and I waisted £28! And 2h of my life! Thank you!

Ah, and they took 6 days to respond to my query and give me this outcome!

My daughter is a typical 15 year old, fussy about her hair and sometimes awkward making conversation. Katie, her stylist, not only made her feel at ease, listened, took her time and provided her with “the best haircut I’ve ever had”. Highly recommended and will be booking again ❤️

Went to G&D salon was lively and fun just like being out for coffee with the girls. Georgina gave me a beautiful one length Bob cut. It’s discussed every step of the way and she is so lovely all the girls are. Going back soon for a colour and it’s not too expensive either. Thank you girls was a great experience

Love visiting Guys N Dolls salon. All of the staff members are very welcoming and I always feel well looked after in all parts of my visit. My most recent visit was today, but I've been having tint, cuts, and blowdries with Kirsty regularly for over a year now and have only good things to say. She is experienced, skilled, and also a lovely person to have a chat with. Bonus that I'm always able to find street parking a short walk away. 5 stars!

Can't wait to go back. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. From the minute you arrive at reception with Jamie, to Louisa who does my nails and all the other staff that have been accommodating the last couple of weeks Lilly, Esmee and Megan all have done my hair for me.
If there was am option of a 10 they would get this from me.

Guys N Dolls it not only a place to get your hair sorted and to get beauty treatments what makes Carrie and her team stand out is that they care about their clients. I went in today to get my sons haircut and started to chat with Carrie and she instantly picked up my stress levels and recognised I needed a boost. She suggested the B12 injection and literally within 1 hour after having the injection my stress headache had gone and I started to feel better. What makes this salon stand out "They REALLY Care!"

I have always had a fab service and time having a facial with Jamie. Finally going back tomorrow for a facial! Jamie is fabulous! Will put another review in once I had the facial but can say! Hand on heart he is the best! Keep on booking and send in reviews coz he is great!
And yes, no appt till the 26th but every time I have had a facial he has been fab!

Amazing experience at the salon yesterday for a quick treatment of Botox with the lovely Dean! Been meaning to have this done for ages and so glad that I now have, although I’m now hooked, my only regret is that I didn’t have this done sooner. The salon had the same upbeat, welcoming vibe as usual - with the lovely Lou on reception who makes you feel so relaxed and welcome! Best salon around for all treatments ⭐️

What can I say! This is my 3rd time having my nails and toes done with the amazing Maxine! This time I bought my mum and we had a wonderful time both getting our toes and nails done together! If you haven't done already book your Mum and Daughter time with Maxine!!! Couldn't have spent a better time with Mum but had an amazing mani and pedi courtesy of Maxine. I've just had cut and blow dry with Dean. I've been ill in hospital and I cannot thank Lily, Carrie and Dean for looking after me. I feel amazing and hair looks gorgeous 😁👌. I cannot recommend Guys n Dolls brilliantly enough.

Great team very friendly and happy atmosphere!! I never know what I want next when it’s comes to my hair so I sit back and put all my trust in the staff I have never been let down !!! Attention- the tanning beds are stolen from our company that has worked hard. The owners did not pay and thus we and our employees were deprived of money for hard work we have done!!. The devices has been installed in this place - The owners have not settled the payment and avoid contact with our company.

Been using this amazing salon for many years for my hair, beauty and sun beds.
Staff are all super friendly and very knowledgeable.

My last visit was to have my nails done with Maxine, I was so impressed have booked in again.

If you haven’t visited this salon before make sure to visit, you won’t be disappointed they offer something for everyone.

Jamie put a semi permanent colour on my hair and it looks amazing! Excellent service and always feel welcome. Jamie also did a non surgical face lift and the results are fantastic. Will definitely be returning soon. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I couldn't have received a better service here! Dean absolutely transformed my hair with a balayage correction and the end result is such a gorgeous colour.
