As always a fantastic stay at Gwendon. Lovely and clean and the beds are so comfy. The dogs loved the garden, and the weather was very kind. The location is perfect for exploring Anglesey and we will be back one way or another. 😉

Lovely Accomodation, well presented throughout. A lot of love and care has been put into it, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended as it has everything you need. This has been our second visit now.

We recently stayed at Gwendon to celebrate our 40th Anniversary with our daughter and her family. When we got there, there was a very thoughtful gift for us, which was truly appreciated.
Gwendon has everything you could wish for beautiful views, coastal path nearby, great enclosed garden for the dogs, right down to washing up liquid and ketchup. We had the most amazing stay and would love to come back and stay again but for longer. Thank you

I stayed over Christmas with my son and our 2 dogs, it was amazing from start to finish. Great communication from the owners, beautiful home, decorated for Christmas. Totally warm and welcoming. On the doorstep of great walks and a large garden for the dogs. We also had blue skies and sunshine. We absolutely loved it ❤️❤️🐶🐾🎄. Chris, Sean, Finn and Cooper

Absolutely amazing home. Everything you need plus more. Very comfortable even decorated for the festive season. Lots of places to visit near by within walking distance. Owners kept in contact in case there were any issues or if we needed anything. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Without any doubt Gwendon is the best 2nd home we could have had the pleasure of staying in, it’s outstanding in every way, from the fresh smell as you walk in to the cozy beds. Ged and Neil are very attentive and are always at the end of the phone for any queries. Just wonderful, many happy memories have been made here.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at Gwendon. We were accompanied by our Grandson, his fiancée and our three dogs. There was everything we needed and more in this beautiful property. The garden was especially good as it was escape proof for the dogs and had wonderful views for the humans. The area is great with sandy beaches nearby, and further afield places such as Newborough Forest,Beaumaris and Plas Newydd to explore. We would certainly recommend Gwendon.

We spent there 3 nights and it was way too short! Everything was perfect, the bungalow is very cosy, clean, warm, owners very responsive. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood and awesome dog walking areas, fields nearby. Would definitely recommend and would book again!

Just returned from the most amazing two weeks at Gwendon, it’s perfect everything you want & more, comfortable, clean, ideally situated, the hosts Ged& Neil go above & beyond to ensure the best possible stay, the garden is perfect especially lit up on a night, short ride away from the stunning beaches in Anglesey, this was our second visit & already booked for next year highly recommended x

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gwendon holiday bungalow with everything we needed and very clean throughout. Such a relaxing place to stay with beautiful secure garden for the dogs to play and us to just chill out. There are some really lovely beaches to enjoy and dog friendly places to eat out we hopefully will return again. The owners are very caring and helpful and make you feel very welcome.

stayed at gwendon for the last 7 nights. the owners are very helpful if anything is needed the toaster was only working on 2 of the 4 slices which was fine for us ,but we let them know and a new toaster was delivered in 2 days.the bungalow is very clean and has everything you could need and i mean everything. all quality stuff.its very warm internet no problems at all tv has good selection of channels and apps. we had 2 dogs and the garden is very large and well kepped and total dog proof.our 2 husky's loved it.just 25 mins from the menai bridge to get to the bungalow .very quite area and beaches within 15 min drive.can recommend ann's pantry cafe in moelfre 15 mins away. my other half had her birthday while we were there treated her to a afternoon tea which was amazing put up birthday banner service was excellent and the food great.and well priced.very popular so you need to book .highly recommend gwendon.thank you for a lovely stay .4 adults and one granchild.and 2 dogs. on the dog front you would not know that dogs were allowed as i said very clean.thanks

A great home from home experience. Everything we needed was available. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations.
The communication from Ged was excellent throughout but her call the night before set us up for the amazing holiday. The local knowledge shared allowed us to maximize every moment of our holiday.

What a wonderful place, Ged and Neil have thought of everything. Even the weather was kind 🌞 Such a relaxing stay with stunning views from the lounge.
The garden was perfect for both humans and our 4 dogs 🐕 think they are a bit depressed now they are home! The view from the top of the garden is also gorgeous.
Five stars are just not enough for this property.
A perfect experience and we will be back, infact already book.

Gwendon holiday home at Amlwch on the Isles of Anglesey is a charming, warm, modern well appointed luxury home with excellent sea views. Stayed here late February 2024 with friends and our dogs (MT's) and had a relaxing time. Very pet friendly. It's very relaxing and peaceful. 3 bedrooms, great shower, well apointed kichen diner with stunning photo wallpaper! Not to mention the supper cool and relaxing lounge. Very light, quiet and warm. Large garden, with countryside directly behind, and views down the coast. Property has everything you need and in really good condition. We mainly self catered but it is just 5 minutes walk into the local town of Amlwch for anything you need. It's a stones throw from the coastal path, with views of the sea from the lounge and the large rear garden. Whilst staying we explored Anglesey and enjoyed visits to South Stack Lighthouse, Northborough Forrest, Beaumaris Castle, Amlwch Port and Parys Mountain Copper Mine. The properties drive has room to park three cars on it. Lots of nearby dog walks and footpaths just a few minutes walk away. The host Ged is very friendly with excellent communications. Thank you Ged. Highly recommended for a relaxing break away from it all.
