UPDATE Still waiting for it ordered first week in August!…
I have to say I was very disappointed in the shipping process and unprofessional communication from the company. So much I actually posted it on this review with 1 star. It took over 53 days to receive and I placed a claim and literally thought it was possible fraud. Never the less it did arrive to my surprise and it is absolutely amazing quality! I am a Pilates instructor at a well know club and this equipment is the same as I use in studio. Very pleasantly surprised. For the quality I give it 4 stars and communication 1 star for overall 3 stars. Be patient, as I was expecting 2 day delivery as stated on site. Not the case!but you will eventually get it.

My reformer is better than I expected
My reformer is better than I expected. I researched for a few months trying to find a reformer that met most of my needs. I’m 5”10 and wanted something that I could stretch out on, that would fold up and not get stuck, that had reasonable shipping charges, and that came with a jump board and box. This reformer has all that and more. It’s half the price of what I would have paid anywhere else. I love my reformer and the customer service was great!

I purchased a Reformer from this brand in March and received it in about a month. The quality is excellent and it feels just like the ones I use at the club. Initially, I was hesitant because this brand used to focus on yoga products. However, I contacted their customer service and got all my questions answered. I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase because their Pilates equipment is definitely worth it. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
