The equipment is great value and quality. Delivered at the time it was supposed to,by a polite well mannered driver. Unfortunately one piece of equipment had a fault, I contacted customer service,who were unable to resolve the problem by phone so a replacement was quickly sent out and the faulty equipment taken away.

Mark couldn't have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable on the product and technology, very patient and answered all my questions. Delivered machine the next day, guys assembled on site. Always available on the phone for any issue.
