Well it was two choices, buy wet gear and convince myself I would go out walking or rent a treadmill, watch some TV and actually get my walk done!!

I hired an exercise bike from GymHire. They were very easy to deal with and provide me with the information I required. The bike was delivered to my home in Carlingford within a couple of days.

Very happy with gymhire. I’ve been missing out on my evening walks lately as it’s so dark when finished work and with a busy family household my walks we’re always being put off until the next day which again didn’t happen. Hiring a treadmill to get me over the winter evenings seemed like a great idea - ensuring I still get my exercise. They were lovely to deal with at gymhire and I found their rates very reasonable. I’ll be recommending them to other mums having the same trouble getting that half hour or hour or exercise a day right now 😀

I had been thinking about getting back running for a while, and I wanted to 'get up to speed' at home rather than out around the local housing estates, and didn't want the full expense of purchasing equpment so this is a great way of trying things out more short term (also there is no gym near where I live).
I wasn't sure what type of treadmill to get so the option of being able to call into the shop in Clonmel was great to see the selections and what would suit me best. The one I got (Cardio Pro TM2) is nice and tidy and works great for what I want (to do couch to 5k). The preset speeds of 3km, 6km, 9k are very useful when going between walking and jogging and overall it's all very handy. I'm hoping this will have me running by January and the guilt factor of looking at it in front of me is definitely more motivating to get going when looking out at dark gloomy nights. Delighted I took the plunge to rent with GymHire.

I needed an exercise bike to help with my recovery after knee replacement surgery so I contacted Gymhire and they made it so easy to go through the rental process. The bike was delivered within 2 days and was in perfect condition. There was no delivery charge and their rates are very reasonable
