Never received the product even though I paid next day delivery.

Emailed a number of times and got told it on the way.. but a few months later and no product.

Great items and great customer service. Always there to help with any questions.

I got the pads for the ab machine you sell but I had to buy them in pairs and when I received them I had no instructions how to change them and I only order 3 pairs so I still don't have enough to change them.all which is silly they should be sold as a full set.

Still not got my order from the beginning of November. They don’t answer emails, they don’t answer the phone; all I want is a refund.

Avoid these at all costs.

Where do I begin, first and foremost this is the second product I have got from this company and so far 2 out of 2 that don’t work.

That’s the first, second of all when you let the team know they take forever to get back to you, and then they don’t even produce satisfactory solutions.

Avoid this company at all costs as they are shambolic to put it mildly.

Wouldn’t buy anything ever again from these guys and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

A bunch of immature and unprofessionals doing a very bad job.

What a fab company!! There was a little issue with part order received but the issue was resolved immediately and the order was received. Brilliant customer service, can’t fault them at all in the slightest.
The item is brilliant as well. Works a treat feels like I’ve done 100s of sit-ups after a 30 min use.

The product was delivered without key components that made it work. When communicating to get the issue resolved there was a clear lack of an ability to communicate effectively, until such-a-point where I had to involve PayPal.

Taken ages for my order to arrive then when it did it was faulty still not received my replacement item and when you phone nobody answers so won’t be using you again

If will be possible I give 0 stars , it's 3 weeks how I waiting for my order and nothing ... Well done

Ordered on 30th August. It’s now 14th October. Still waiting for goods to arrive.

I ordered 2 watches around 4 weeks ago and nothing I have emailed and even emailed back to some of the offer emails and still nothing they just keep referring me to service request notified very poor won’t purchase again.

Came on time, been using for 2 weeks now and can already see the benefits.

Ordered a watch ...got a delivery date came and went and still waiting ...thing is already received one item . I email them asking where my order is and get the COVID delay 🙈 bear in mind received one item .if it not coming just say ....won’t be purchasing again
