H2O Hot Tubs Avis 

Daniel serviced my hot tub today. He was punctual and very professional. He was meticulous in the work he carried out, clearly taking pride in the outstanding job he did. He kept me informed of the process throughout and was very knowledgeable and approachable, answering any concerns I had. Would highly recommend him.

We have just had our fourth service from H20 and, as always, they were super efficient, extremely helpful, and very polite. The engineer identified an issue we were having a problem with and was just very professional and friendly. He ensured the hot tub was in tip top condition before leaving. We highly recommend them.

The whole process from start to finish was so easy, very professional, we were given lots of information, Katie on sales kept us well informed on what we needed to do and Tony & Neal were tremendous with the delivery, installation and demonstration, we are thrilled with our new hottub.

Amazing, what can I say, Tony and Neal arrived on time, were polite, friendly and brilliant. Installation went like a dream from crane lifting into space to setting up. They were tidy, knowledgeable and very polite. Everything left neat and tidy and great help and guidance on what to do re maintenance etc. Thank you guys, can’t praise you enough

Tony and Neal who delivered and installed the Hot Tub were superb. So professional and extremely polite. Clean and tidy workers. Highly efficient. Explained how the Tub works and how to clean . Every detail explained fully .

I have been wanting a compact Hot Tub for a while, we have had one for over 14 years but moved ti a smaller house. I searched many sites but after having dialogue with H2o i was impressed. From my direct order with Katie i have been kept informed throughout the process and even after payment i have had correspondence . On the day Tony & Neal delivered unwrapped and put the extra insulation in that i had ordered, they were great ambassadors for the company 100% team effort .

Great experience from start to finish including price!! Pauline in sales was exceptional and made things easy and Aron and George who delivered and installed our tub were amazing and great lads to deal with, taking time to explain and show how to control it plus use of chemicals. Really friendly also which helped and couldn’t have asked for more, both a real credit to the company👍👍👍

Overall this has been a fantastic experience and with competitive pricing I would highly recommend.

Firstly, a big thank you to Molly for her patience throughout. Our hot tub delivery has been anything but straight forward with access issues, however Molly remained patient and helpful throughout. Secondly, a massive thank you to the delivery guys Tony & Ty. They arrived promptly on the morning and got straight to work. They managed to navigate the difficult access brilliantly, as this was something I was quite worried about. Both guys professional, informative and respectful. They are a credit to the company. One very happy family!

h20 had the hot tub filters i required and could not source anywhere else online, so such a relief. Excellent price and swift delivery. Would recommend this company.

What a seamless and pleasant experience. From the initial contact, showroom visit, order process to the install by Tony (after the crane had landed the hot tub over the house!). It was all really easy with excellent communication and customer service.

Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable with regard to every aspect of the service. The hot tub looked like new after he had finished.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Girls at the showroom very professional and knowledgeable, made picking the right hot tub easy for us! Delivery was efficient and excellent… the guys were professional, kept everywhere clean and tidy and gave us a real good run down on how to maintain and get the best out our hot tub, we was left with all guidance and literature… I would deffo recommend the instal and starter kit , makes life much easier …. Purchase was easy and hassle free. No pressure sales just genuine honest advise. Very small deposit was good as some companies need all the money up front. Install team (Aaron and George) were proffessional, polite and very knowledgeable. Cant coment on after sales yet but im confident it will be as good as pre sales. Would highly reccomend.

Absolutely fantastic company with the nicest staff. Made everything easy from start to finish, Pauline, Molly and Katie were great with answering questions and sale. Pauline went above and beyond to help with sale and delivery before my daughters birthday.
Tony and George delivered and installed our azure hot tub and are two of the nicest guys! Super helpful explaining everything and George even had a dance with our littlen one 😹❤️. Can not recommend this company enough!

The team at H20 Hot Tubs were amazing from start to finish. Pauline & Katie in sales dealt with all the installation questions we had and managed to get us the Hot Tubs we wanted and installed really quickly.
Tony & Ty on delivery and installation were courteous and engaging and led us through all the operation & maintenance things we needed to know.
