Right from my initial enquiry Pauline was knowledgeable as I wasn’t sure what tub I needed. She is a good communicator who made me feel comfortable using H2O. Sending the videos of the selection that fitted my needs and budget was lovely as I couldn’t get to their showroom.
Then sending me a video of my tub was really nice.
Katie also was great. She checked every detail, every measurement I sent of my house, access etc to make sure there was no disappointment in buying a tub that wouldn’t fit.
Then on delivery day Aaron texted with approximate delivery time and when they arrived Tony and Aaron were swift, efficient and neat.
They battled with strong winds but were still professional throughout
I had included the set up package with my purchase and they explained the set up, functions, chemicals etc even working out with a heat up of 2 degrees per hour when my tub would up to temperature

Brilliant customer service and a great experience.

We have just had installed an H2O 1000 series Hot Tub. The design, build quality, fit and finish are all outstanding. Having had a hot tub some years ago we can definitely see a big step up in build quality, efficiency and features.
We were delighted with the delivery team of Tony and Aaron who were extremely friendly and made sure everything was up and running before they left.
The overall customer service has been amazing and we would not hesitate to recommend H2O.

What an amazing service…… I called Molly in the morning after an issue with a tub of bought and encountered issues with upon delivery. Molly sourced me a suitable alternative immediately and pulled out all the stops to get it to me.
She called in Lee after an already long day who then once again put their own day on hold to help me out. Lee arrived, placed the tub, got it set up and trained me on how to use it. I now have a very happy family…… from major disappointment one minute with another supplier to excitement and what can only be described as amazing service the next. Thank you so much H20 Hot Tubs; especially Molly and Lee for doing the impossible.

Fabulous from start to finish! Team in the office (Katie & Molly) helpful & friendly. Kept up to date at every stage via messages. Delivery and installation team arrived on time - Tony & Aaron are knowledgeable & friendly. Installed the hot tub and explained how it works. Would recommend them. Made the whole process easy and we are now enjoying the hot tub 🥰

Simon and Scott were amazing. Moved my hot tub from one house and installed in into my new garden. They were efficient and placed it exactly where we wanted it. Both friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish. From ordering to delivery. H2O hot tubs were very helpful all the way through. Lee and Simon who delivered the tub were easy to talk to, and nothing too much trouble. They explained everything fully.

From my initial call to Pauline to the installation of my tub was was seamless.
i had previously had a bad experience with a supplier so was very sceptic about even getting another replacement tub! However Pauline was great and very passionate about the service H20 supply and for good reason. They were excellent. i strongly recommend H20

Lee and Simon were great, no fuss or problems just got on with it. Helped deliver, install and set up our new hot tub and explained all the needs we needed to know

Thank you to Lee and Simon who did a proper pro job installing my hot tub.(In appalling weather might I add!)They were around for about 3 hours for install filling and setting up! Can’t fault H20! Brilliant company and brilliant staff. Molly and Katie in the office were 100% professional. Lovely to speak to couldn’t do enough, whatever it was. The order went smoothly, Tony and Aaron delivered on time, got the tub in making it look easy. Really friendly, very knowledgable, perfect set up. Everyone at H2O was unbelievably good and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The tub is excellent we went for the Retreat Bay XL a little extra room, 5 seats and a lounger, 67 jets, the Bluetooth audio is fantastic. All in all I couldn’t be happier and I cant thank H2O enough

Company was very easy to deal with. Held our hot tub for us while our building work was being finished. Delivered and installed by Tony and Simon who did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great service from start to finish (should I say from deciding to buy to installation & after sale. All the team were great from Molly WhatsApp then discussing in the showroom what to buy , Katie & the installation team Lee & Simon. Hot tub does what it says on the tin. Lots of jets , quiet when not in use however the heat banks that I ordered has still not arrive almost 2 weeks on which is a cost for me.
