Fantastic customer service
The communication from the time we placed to order up to delivery day was very good. In delivery day the 2 guys that had driven a very long way, where first class. Nothing was any trouble for them.

Fantastic service!!
From Molly and Katie, in the head office, to Lee and Simon who delivered and installed the hot tub, H2O Spa were absolutely amazing.
As I live 3h away I couldn’t see the hot tub before purchasing but was sent loads of photos and videos from other clients with different set up installations.
Lee and Simon made the installation hassle free and were very careful with my lawn and explained everything very clearly.
We had a standard 13amp installation but the unit can be installed on a 32amp feed at a later stage, the quality is incredible and the tub looks super premium.
Will definitely recommend to family and friends who are considering buying a hot tub.

My hot tub had a leaking 1 way valve…
My hot tub had a leaking 1 way valve which had a previous failed repair.
One of H2O’s engineers “Dan” came out today and replaced the faulty parts in super quick time, leaving everything clean and tidy. He did an excellent job and clearly knew his stuff.
I highly recommend H2O and Dan.

1000 Series Hot Tub from H2O
After doing some research and visiting some local places, we discovered H2O hot tubs, went to their showroom and we fall in love with the round 1000 series. Best decision ever! I have to thanks Molly and Katie for an exceptional service and communication throughout the process, then Aaron and Tony were fantastic on delivery day, they helped lifting the hot Tub into our garden from our back neighbours, everything went smoothly, and we’ve been enjoying our amazing hot tub since. Looking forward to seeing the team again for our annual service plan sometime next year!

Great Service
Ordered a replacement hot tub cover as my old one was a bit worn after a few years usage. Updates and service was great. Delivery was fantastic, they were very cheery and professional.

From the first phone call I made to require about a hot tub Molly and Katie were so professional and helpful. The whole precudure was a pleasurable experience. When it came to installation, Tony and Lee were friendly, worked safely and explained everything about using the spa.

Has issue with delivery as took 7 days to arrive after paying £10 delivery cost however company phone me to see if they could help which I appreciated and now have the product.

We can see that your order was despatched the working day after you placed it and that, according to the Royal Mail tracking number, was delivered by the Southend-on-Sea delivery office on 7th November, the day of this review.
