High quality product, even the manual is clearly worded with good grammar and thorough details about everything. This is the best distiller I have had and the big surprise was the superb customer service. I had questions prior to ordering and they always answered the phone quickly. The technicians were lovely and helpful - and very knowledgeable about the products. My payment failed due to my bank having a technical glitch but the guys were very patient and did it all again. Very highly recommended, thank you to all the staff.

We ordered a water filter in June. It never arrived.
Chased up in July.
Was told it would arrive September. It never arrived.
Chased up in September.
Was told it would arrive in October. It never arrived.
Chased up in October.
Was told it would arrive in November.
Asked for full refund.
Was told refund had been made in November. Refund never arrived. Benn chasing it ever since.

This is a scam. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I ordered some replacement fuses for my 'UK Mega Home' branded distiller (the company is now defunct). H2O Labs offers the exact same distiller Model (300SSE) and spare parts, and they are great distillers made in Taiwan, adhering to strict safety codes I highly recommend this model.

The technician at H2OLabs I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and advised on the spare parts I need and for which model.
Bear in mind the number on their website redirects to USA so differing time zones may make it seem like the number always rings out, perhaps calling in the afternoon evening is your best bet.

My only issue is the delivery cost, which is the highest I have encountered in the UK. It’s a flat rate regardless of size or weight and is delivered from UK based stock, I felt it was a little too pricey.

Overall, it was a great experience. Delivery was fast, and the whole transaction was very smooth. Thank you, H2O Labs, for keeping my Mega Home distiller alive!

Buy elsewhere.

Bought a WaterLovers distiller (not cheap) and the filter tray melted after a month of use from the heat generated by the product.

The product supposedly comes with 'warranty' so we have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since. Months have passed and no one replies to emails, the phone doesn't ring through. Zero customer service.

They just take you money and run with it as soon as the product has been shipped to you.

I would highly advise buying your product from another seller if possible.

Unfortunately it seems like we aren't the only people who have experienced this issue (and subsequent awful customer service).

Bought my distiller last year. Decided to wait to leave a review it’ll I’ve really tested the product. The water quality is excellent.easy to operate and to clean….the residue left in the bottom after the cycle has finished is absolutely disgusting….it smells, has a light grey colour to it and beggars belief what Northumbria water adds to the water. When you fill the reservoir from the tap, you can smell the chlorine. So glad we purchased this distiller. Tastes great, smells of nothing and just looks clear.

Absolutely abysmal customer service.
The phone number on the website is not in use.
They do not respond to the online contact form and they completely ignore customer emails.
I bought a WaterLovers distiller from them in Grey. 2 months after use my fuse box started tripping. After getting an electrician to visit it turned out to be the distiller. Shortly afterwards I discovered the tray which holds the coconut filter had melted.
I contacted H2O wanting my money back (£299) but they refused and sent me a replacement. I wasn’t convinced so they suggested the blue version of the distiller. Which they claim is the same but had not had any negative reports regarding electrics and melting.
They shipped the replacement immediately. I washed the boiler and ran it for the first time. The water tasted like it’s come from a plastic bottle left in a hot car for weeks. Absolutely disgusting. I thought I’d try again. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve ran the distiller and how many litres of water I’ve disposed of. Not sure what the blue WaterLovers is made of but the water that comes out of it is horrible. I just want my money back. These machines are not fit for purpose and H2OLabs intentionally have an incorrect phone number to avoid customers getting in touch. I’m very unhappy. Stay away from this company.

I have changed my mind about the product i bought and contact them in time telling them not to send the item but to cancel the order; no answer , after 3 emails ,no response at all , completely ignored ( its obvious when it comes to give my money back ) .
Customer service non existent or is ignoring you .

I have not received my order yet and very little contact! Rubbish I'm beginning to think they've stolen my money!

UPDATE: They have contacted me and one of the items was out if stock hence the delay. They did not contact me about this though and take a long time to reply. I will go ahead with the order as I heard from someone else that they bought from them and love it. The model is more efficient than the cheaper ones.

I'm very happy with my water distiller. It arrived reasonably quickly, however, I've only given 4 stars because it was delivered by Parcelforce. Parcelforce, unfortunately, don't let you know when they're going to deliver, whereas DPD gives you a specific time. The distiller is extremely easy to use, easy to clean, and it's wonderful to have distilled water from London tap water in a few hours.

First rate company. Fast response and a pleasure to do business with.

I would have given 5 stars, my decision to give 3 was because of the price hike from when I purchased last year from £25 to £39, don't know how you can justify that sort of price hike, other than that everything else is fine, and the product is excellent.
