I love love love my distilled water filter. It's easy to set up and maintain. Living in Minnesota, our winters are so dry. This filter paid for itself in one winter season. I also saved hundreds of plastic gallon jugs, which helps the environment. Highly recommended!!

This unit is just what we hoped. Easy to use and clean.

We really like our new H20 Lab Distiller. I make two or three gallons a day. I use it for everything. When I put the 1st gallon of tap water thru the process, I about fell over to see the scum and mineral buildup left over in my distiller!!! Disgusting, how bad our water is that we get through our Rural Water District provider! Can't believe how wonderful our coffee, tea, and water tastes now!

The product works as stated. The fitting for the water to exit the distiller and go into the jar is not very well done. It is a weak plastic snap together fitting that hangs of the distiller and rests over the jar. It is tough to get it to seal properly and requires constant attention or it will leak. For a piece of equipment over $500.00 there should be a brass fitting with threads and o rings and the carbon filter should be a bowl that can be opened, empty the old carbon out and re fill. Otherwise Ok

The Model 100 Water Distiller arrived quickly. It seems to be well built and sturdy. It was easy to set up. I am using a Wemo smart plug to run it for 5 1/4 hours overnight and stop it before boiling dry. That makes clean up easy and distills 95% of the water. I am very happy with my purchase.

We have terrible water coming from our faucet. We live in post industrial -along the Monogahela-western Pa which has some outstanding mine dranage and old industrial contamination. We have been using your distiller for several years and it has been wonderful. Some time ago we ran out of the charcoal filters as well as the cleaner. The vessel was coated with scale. The water became undrinkable, tasted horrible. As we then had no water to drink at all and I was too impatient to get the distiller's filter and cleaner, I went out and got a filter pitcher. Big mistake. If I ran the water through it twice, the water was drinkable. However, I noticed that simple drinks like tea left a sludge like ring in the cup. What is in the water that the filter did not take out. In horror, I ordered the distiller cleaner and charcoal filters. They came quickly and, Like a miracle, we were back in business. The water is sweet and delicious. I now know that a little machine matinence is the way to go. Thanks for your great product.No kidding!

I really like my water distiller. The only thing that I have a slight issue with is the thin quality of the glass, but other than that it really has improved my water and my family really enjoys it.

I’ve had the model 300 SS for approximately 3 weeks. I make 4 gallons of distilled water per day. Prior to purchasing this distiller, I used filtered tap water in my humidifier. Within two weeks of installing a new filter in the humidifier, I would have white powder covering everything and I would have a dry cough. I decided to try purchasing distilled water and that took care of the white powder and the cough disappeared. At $0.89 a gallon and using 3 gallons a day it didn’t seem economical so I explored distillers.

This model is easy to use. I clean it after every use with just a bit of white vinegar soaking on the bottom for just a minute or so and if needed use a scotch bright pad if a small spot didn’t come off. I would not trade this distilled for the world. While the distiller does make some noise, it is more of a white noise from the kitchen where it is set up to the living room right outside the kitchen.

I was wondering if there would be a difference in the white powder between using store bought or home made distilled water-there is no difference except the cost and lugging the gallon jugs home. I would recommend this distiller to anyone that is in the market for a smaller distiller.

So far so good, seems easy to operate and the water is not for drinking just to put into our humidifiers. If I don't have the white dust all over then I know this was an awesome purchase.
I would have liked to receive at least a couple extra white filters with the unit. Somehow I missed that only one would come with the unit.
