These people stole my money and have the nerve to ask for a review. I ordered 2 seal rings from them to help fix their product that developed a split in the tank (had to have it welded) and a new seal ring would help with the leakage problem before I decide if it is now trash. So I pay my money and am promised an email upon receipt/shipment of order. Crickets. Then I get this email asking "how'd we do?". Quite simply, you suck. No seals, cracked tank, no email, but you took my money. Go to hell.

High quality machine, does as claimed making 1 gal. distilled water in about 5 hours, and is a bit noisy but worth it. Recommended to a friend and they are happy as well.

Our entire family uses your products to distill our water. We feel safe knowing we are drinking good clean water. Our pets will only drink the water we make from your distiller. One morning I forgot and filled their water bowl with tap water, sat it down and they both sniffed it and walked away. That tells it all! We love your cleaning products. I ordered my Mini Classic CT distiller on May 11, 2021 and received it right away
(Friday, May 14, 2021) as promised. Excellent delivery service, and excellent product. Distiller is very well made , attractive and easy to use as well as service if needed in the future. If you want and indoor countertop distiller; this unit would be and excellent choice for a family of two to three people.

This appliance is very welcome. It functions as explained. It takes first place over any of our appliances, even our fridge. Well...a close second. We will never be without it, replacement or no. Pure water is what we all need. Thank You, H2o Labs.

I think everyone should have one.
We have a hard time keeping up with our water demands. It is challenging to schedule producing 3 gallons per day. One gallon of this pristine water just isn't enough.
