Too expensive. Shipping too expensive as well

I purchased a machine here previously. The other day, the power cord spouted a tiny hole and melted plastic smoke came wafting out of it. Scary. I went to order a new plug and find they charge a flat 20.00 shipping....Extreme for a 29. purchase. I called and asked for an adjusted price and they denied me. So, if you order a product from them, beware of their policy. I am not happy.

Purchased this mainly for humidifier use to get rid of the white dust on everything, bonus is also better tasting drinking water. Attractive unit has a permanent space on the kitchen counter, easy to refill and clean. Great purchase.

Originally sent a 300SSE (for use in Europe) by mistake. Howard in customer service was excellent in resolving the issue and sending me the correct model (300SS) right away. The unit works as advertised. Ryan in tech support advised me to clean the unit out after each use. Produces roughly a gallon of 0 level TDS water in about 4-5 hours.

I really like the distiller so far. It does exactly what it is supposed to. We looked at all our options and chose this one instead of a more expensive model because it seems easier to use. Just put water in it, plug it in, and wait. Easy.

My husband is the one that takes care of the actual distilling so he's writing a separate review. However, what I like about the unit is that it's attractive, sits easily on the counter and is relatively quiet compared to our previous unit. I also like that it has a glass, not plastic, water container that you could set right on your dining room table. It seems to be a high-quality unit and we expect to get a long life out of it.

This unit is easy to use and comes with detailed instructions. Definitely worth the $$.

So far, so good. The Waterlovers MKII has worked great right out of the box. I like the self contained, easy to use, no plastic (except the filter pod slide), one touch design. I had it up and running in under 10 minutes.

It is not a quiet unit, though this is not an issue for us. The sound is about the same as our dishwasher.

The fill rate is decent. I had my first pitcher-full of water in just under 3 hrs.

The unit comes with a nice sized canister of cleaning crystals and a six month supply of activated charcoal filter pods. Hopefully H2OLabs will start carrying them, so I won’t have to order them from Australia.

This unit will be running around the clock until we have a good stash of water for our distilled storage containers (we use distilled for a lot of things, especially my nebulizers, humidifiers, plant sprays, inhalant treatment for asthma/COPD, steam appliances, as well as beverage applications).

Note regarding distilled water as a drink: it is an empty molecule. As such it can be great for pulling toxins from the body, but it can also pull minerals we need. Consider adding elements to the water, (we add lemon juice and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, for example, when drinking straight).

Received the 300. At first seemed like a lot to put together on a busy day but it was easy and I was amazed and disgusted by what was in the tap water from my kitchen faucet after seeing and smelling the residue. I was purchasing bottled water for a reason but now I am glad to be done with the plastic. Thank you and so far so good. Water tastes alright on the second run but from what I understand will be better after 3 times according to easy to understand manual Very timely delivery and was happy for that. Looks nice although bulky.

Ordered a Model 200 distiller from H2O Labs. The unit came quickly and assembly was no problem. Slight fan noise but we are very happy with the unit. Easy to fill and empty. Makes just under a gallon per batch in around 6 hours. Glad we bought it.

We bought H2o Labs water purifiers before - they make the water taste so good. I bought another brand just to get the water tester and the water from H2o was the lowest (closest to -0-) of all the waters I tested, including a few bottled waters. (My undistilled tap water is ridiculously high!) So thanks for this product.

The item came earlier than expected. It was very easy to assemble it. The water taste deliciously.
I'm very happy with the purchase.

Service and delivery was good. The product is great. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the set up is complicated and requires multiple steps. It took me an hour. A friend of mine asked if I could set hers up because she's overwhelmed with putting it together. I imagine it will only take me a half hour this time. But once it's working, it's a really good product.

I am editing this review. This is not my first distiller. My other unit which I had 10 years ago was closer to the 2800MK2. I complained about the assembly required, but this is meaningless since you only assemble it once. But it is easy to use and the water tastes great. Tastes better than what I remember from my other more expensive distiller

I feel inspired to drink water for the first time I can remember. It took a lot of effort to make my daily quota in water consumption before. Thank you for providing an awesome valuable product. I can finally say I am drinking pure water.:)

I purchased a distiller a few years ago. We use it everyday and never had a problem with it. I talked my sister into getting one, it was shipped right out. She was amazed how pure the water was after her first distilled pitcher. She loves it too! It makes delicious coffee!
