We visited the showroom to try it out, there was no pressure to buy at all. Our chair was delivered on time and assembled quickly.

The ordering process was really easy, they followed up with a friendly phone call a few days later to explain the process and confirm the delivery date and time, and they arrived right on time. The delivery guys were great, put the sofas together very efficiently and took the packaging away too. The new sofas are beautiful and comfy too! Definitely get the free fabric samples before you order, so you can see what the fabrics are like in your space. Highly recommend :)

As soon as we found Habbio we knew that their sustainable corner sofa was the one for us in our new built eco-house - it ticked all the boxes. Living a very long way from their showroom we were unable to visit so went off great reviews and information from the team regarding the comfort of the sofa - we were not disappointed. We recently had a little accident with the sofa and the support from Sharon and Suzanne was above and beyond - our sofa is looking brand new again. Highly recommend a Habbio sofa, a beautiful piece of furniture from a team of people who obviously have a passion for their craft and their business!

An amazing service start to finish! The team are excellent at what they do and the sofas are fantastic! Such a helpful and friendly team who know exactly what they are talking about. The delivery is super quick which is excellent and they put the sofa together for you, then take the packaging away! Could not recommend Habbio enough!!

What an amazing company. I took a big risk buying a sofa I hadn’t first tested out in person (we live too far away from the showroom). But Konrad kindly offered a video call tour of the sofas in the showroom and did a great job answering my questions and queries.
We love our new sofa. It’s fabulous! I love that it can be configured how you like as the individual sections are very easy to connect and take apart. I love that it has been handmade sustainably by a small British company with highly commendable ethics and goals.
I’ve already decided that I would like to add another unit to it in future.

Just received a fabulous new sofa bed from Habbio. Fantastic communication pre-delivery, and over the moon with my sofa. Not only is it handmade in the UK and 100% recyclable its super stylish and very comfy. What a fabulous company! If you need a new sofa this should be your first point of call! 5 star all the way

Very helpful customer service. Fantastic product that slots together so easily. Quickly delivered. Big pat on back for Gordon the delivery guy who carried my sofa up two flights of stairs into my lift room - despite narrow loft stairs.

A very happy experience from every aspect - browsing/selection at home online, our visit to Long Eaton, the resulting online ordering and contact with the very helpful customer services, to subsequent careful collection/delivery/assembly. They look fabulous, we’ve had so many compliments already. Compared to some other sofas, the HB02 seat is firm, but we tried first and decided we’d prefer a less deep, squishy sofa and armchairs this time. I think the HB04 design is a deeper soft seat if that’s what we’d have wanted.
The individuals we’ve had contact with have all been so very helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. What a fabulous team you have at Habbio. The quality product, sustainability angle and people are all first rate.

Absolutely brilliant, clear customer service from the online team, followed by fast delivery. The two friendly delivery people took our old sofa out a very narrow hall and staircase, and put the new one together in less than 30 minutes.

The sofa itself is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of room for two (plus our cat) and the velvet feels luxurious. I love how sustainable the sofa is and how easy it is to disassemble for when we eventually move. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Beautiful sofa, good quality and good value. Love their emphasis on sustainability and the fact they are now vegan approved. Customer service was very good - responds very quickly and professionally. Enjoyable visit to the showroom in Long Eaton where I had the opportunity to try the sofas and had a lovely chat with Konrad who also gave me some really good advice. Completely unpressured to make a sale or time-wise. Great company.

Fabulous all round. Excellent service. Delivered within a couple of weeks and all made in Britain. Put together in ten minutes by a super delivery chap. Will be spreading the word.

Super fast delivery and fantastic product

Excellent sofas, and brilliant, personal service. Fast, efficient, and the sofas look beautiful and are very comfy. Great service assembling them for us on site. About to order another one - just wish they did sofa beds too!

The sofa is lovely. The service was top-rate. We ordered online, were contacted shortly after with a suggested delivery date for a few days later. The two chaps arrived exactly on time and were really helpful and friendly, taking away our old sofa, bringing in and assembling our new sofa. To make it all better, this is a seriously sustainable product, hand-made by a small business in the UK.

This sofa is superb (medium corner). We took a very long time to decide to make this outlay and we have no regrets. It is a fantastic piece of furniture - solid and very, VERY comfy. The service and communications have been impeccable. The delivery and collection was smooth and ridiculously speedy. We're so pleased with it all. Huge recommendation.
