From start to finish the process of organising our roof replacement on our conservatory was made so easy with habify, we are so pleased we have a whole new living area now . Justin who done all the construction on his own was amazing friendly , professional and tidy , and Kieran who done plastering was again first class .

Excellent professional service. Great communication and a quality product. The new year round usable space Habify have created for us within the tight deadline we had agreed is fantastic and has no doubt made a significant increase in the value of our home.

Gary was able to provide honest helpful information about a guardian roof. His enthusiasim and knowelege was very reassuring and I believe Habify are genuinely committed to providing a great quality product and service.

I couldn’t fault the job Habify did replacing my conservatory roof, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company. Every member of the team was a pleasure to deal with and they all did an extremely professional and competent job. Justin (the fitter) was phenomenal and deserves a particular call out, but Gary (sales), Kieran (plasterer) and David (decorator) were all very nice people, easy to have around and did a thoroughly good job. All the communication with Hugo (MD) and the office was easy and promptly dealt with. Everything happened as scheduled. There was no mess. And, I’m already noticing the difference with the performance of the room! Great work Habify!

I have been renovating a old cottage and needed some new windows to be contemporary but fit into the character of the cottage. Habify have been brilliant from the initial discussions/advice/guidance and measuring up to the delivery and installation of the new windows and front door. I would definitely use Habify again and would recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. Thanks to the Habify team 👍

My main concerns were the quality of the product and the potential disruption that would be caused while work was in progress. The end result looks great but only time will confirm the durability of the product. However, already, the conservatory is easier to heat and use in winter.
The disruption was minimal. Different teams were used for the roofing, the internal plastering and the painting. Everything was well-organised to ensure that there were no unnecessary gaps between each stage, and when one such gap did occur largely because the date for the start had been brought forward, I was instantly offered financial compensation. At each stage I was given the names and time of arrival; it was clear that the Director was always contactable. When one worker had a minor accident that necessitated stitching, he arrived immediately to take him to hospital. It says a lot for the dedication of the workers that the patient returned to do another 2 hours work, despite being offered the chance to go home. All seemed happy in their work, scrupulous in clearing up on completion, and adaptable so that I was still able to continue with my normal activities while they were present.

Gary arrived on time when he came round for quoting and was really helpful explaining products and possible solutions. Nothing was too much trouble. Polite and professional.

The team at habify are great professional and quick. We had several challenges to overcome but they succeeded in all of them, particular shout out to Danny and John, nothing was to to hard for them, they take pride in their work, and out up with my questions.

Habify have been great from start to finish. We were unsure of the idea at first to upgrade our conservatory as we just never used it but what a difference a new roof and frames have made! We use it daily now and the kids love it. Nothing was ever too much hassle. Thanks again for your help and guidance from the initial enquiry to completion.

Most impressed with this company and the works we’ve had done. A new roof to our conservatory and windows to the front of the property. I would certainly recommend and look forward to having the rest of the windows installed new year.

Firstly, let me say that the product is good and the workmen were all of a good standard.

The problem is that Hugo Knights does not have a project manager and does not undertake this role himself.
Consequently, a £20,000 project that was allocated 6 days took almost 6 weeks!

This company seems to be benefitting in lots of new business, including ours, based on the good reviews. From our experience, the company does not have the infrastructure to cope with the demand and the sub contractors they use, although good, are stretched to their limits.

The delays, ordering incorrectly or not at all some of the products required and appalling briefing on what was required to complete the project to a neat standard led to a very stressful project.

Quality build and great attention to detail, no shortcuts on materials or installation which really makes the difference. New roof is superb and has transformed the room, a genuine local company and pleasure to do business with.

Very happy to recommend Hugo & his team at Habify. All the team were very professional, highly skilled, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The project management by Hugo was fantastic, good communication, kept up to date, and responded to queries in a timely manner. The conservatory warm roof that was fitted has transformed the conservatory into a room that can be used all year round in all weather.

Conservatory roof panels replaced by warm roof by Habify. First class construction completed within three days to an excellent standard. Everything left in a clean and tidy state and completion was followed up by the office to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

What a great decision to use Hugo and his team to revolutionise our 15 year old polycarbonate conservatory roof, changing are hardly used conservatory into a versatile extra living space which we love and now constantly use. From start to finish Hugo and his Habify team were a pleasure to deal with.The quality of product and workmanship being second to none.
All of Hugo’s staff were conscientious polite and very professional making the transformation so easy for us, especially with the inclement weather at the time when roof was being fitted.Any issues and queries was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Very organised up-front - a no bull honest discussion of our requirements and the costs. Reasonably priced given the results.

Always arrived on time, completed in the timeframe and the end result looks amazing. Even better than we expected so truly delighted. When we had a minor problem with one wall post-completion, they were there immediately to fix it.

My only very minor criticism would be to tidy up a little more after each day.
