Purchased a Christmas tree in January thinking it was clearance sales. Got tracking number two days later and I've tracking the package ever since. It says package was delivered in mailbox on 13th February 2026. How do you deliver a Christmas tree into the mailbox? I have never seen this level of dishonesty both from a big shipping company - easyshipsping and the seller service2@flowglink

Purchased an item, paid for it and got a tracking number. Unfortunately, when it said it was delivered on a Sunday (I was home all day!), and it wasn’t, now there is no tracking number or anyway to contact them and I guess it’s way too late to dispute my loss of money! Thankfully I took a screenshot of my purchase number and tracking number so I can remember to never buy from Chinese again on line😡😡 Why can’t someone do something about these people!

This was a scam. I got the tracking number was in process. Somehow they showed on their website track718 parcel was delivered to my address after a month. However I haven’t received the physical stock. Also my credit card that I paid from was compromised by someone. This is what happens when you buy something from overseas online stores.
Please do not buy anything from this site. False advertising, false company
the good purchased from this supposed company are not trackable, the company web page does not exist any more, it confirms the scam company

Trying to purchase from “Holonovra” on line. Received card failed notice. Transaction for similar amount appeared on my account from “PM*ficlothmallHongKong HK”, never heard of them . Received several emails from “habitatserenio.com” asking me to complete my purchase!!! BEWARE !!

Just an update on my experience with the company.
After ZERO response from the company I disputed the transactions with my bank.
And wouldn’t you know it, I got an immediate response from the company.
They sent me an email asking why I wanted a refund. They did deny receiving my emails and promised to investigate, I’m still waiting for them to get back to me on the outcome of that matter.
They did however tell me that the email address that I’d been emailing, the one that they provided to me in my order confirmation was actually incorrect.
This is the correct email address for the company, apparently!!

I will say, that they did apologise, and they had absolutely no issues agreeing to the dispute I lodged with my bank and l received the money two days later.
However I will add that within a day of making the purchases I had my financial institution contact me to let me know that someone was attempting to use the card at a Walmart in the US.
I am not pointing the finger here but I’d only received the card a few days prior to Christmas, and it was the only purchase I’d made, luckily for me my bank is on the ball, blocked the transaction and immediately blocked my card.

I made two purchases on December 27, 2025.
Their shipping policies state the items will be shipped within three business days and if there are any issues that arise they will contact you promptly.
It’s now January 11, 2026, items haven’t been shipped and I have now sent a total of seven emails requesting follow up with the company, and what a surprise I have received ZERO, response from the company.
I’m now disputing the transactions with my bank.
It’s just a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
