Quick to recognise the areas we needed to discuss and the renewal quote was all I had hoped for. I had a great experience with GSA prior to the transfer of the business to Hagerty and I hoped this would continue with Hagerty. No disappointments so far.

Not as it used to be !
Since changing to Aviva the renewal cost has inreased dramatically. In years past the people on the phone were car guys who new about the cars I was insuring now not so much . As everything in this world there is no personal touch it is just this is the price or go elsewhere .

My renewal of my multi car insurance was carried out very smoothly ,taking into account changes in vehicles and agreed values. Revised quotes and terms promptly provided and the entire renewal process was straightforward.

Everything went very well during my phone contact made easy by the peasant nature of the agent.
The problem I had was that I did not receive a reminder that the policy was due for renewal. If you could not contact me by email why did you not contact me by post?
