Hagerty Avis 

They have been around for years selling insurance for classic cars and trucks and their information and theirs monthly text along with a magazine sent to their customers keeps us informed for people who have interest in the classics, just wish the younger generation was interested in old automobiles.

I have used Hagerty on several vehicles and it has always been very professional. In the many years I’ve done insurance with them I’ve only had to file one claim which was recent. It was very professional and I rate them a 10.

Excellent doing business with Hagerty for 15+ years! Never an issue, used to have Condon & Skelley and these folks and their operations are over the top!!

Tried to cancel policy but they never sent cancelation email to confirm. They also said they would refund my credit card but they did not. They then later said a check is in the mail....

False narrative this company is currently under investigation for discrimination of veterans vehicles when they submit a vehicle they have all these other vehicles on there and basically they discriminated against people this is a violation the first amendment also violation of 1-308 this will go in front of Congress and also be addressed by the Federal trade commission for investigation one star rating this company is very discriminatory when it comes to people's automobiles when they have other vehicles on there that are below my vehicle which is appraised by this company over 28,000 currently insured and it's not going to be for their online auction is complete BS will not be tolerated I will be suing this company with 1.5 million in damages until relieve sought

My 1953 Ford was damaged during shipping and Hagerty handled the claim efficiently. The staff were very helpful and supportive. Best insurance experience I have ever had.

Great Insurance Company

I had my classic Cadillac breakdown on me. I called to get a tow was informed that because I didn’t know my member ID number off top of my head. I would have to pay for the tow and be reimbursed. that’s fine. When I called to get reimbursed for the tow I was informed that my roadside assistance had been canceled. not understanding what had happened i asked a few more questions and as It turns out that I had made a phone call to cancel the magazine that comes with the drivers plus subscription because I do not need a magazine coming to my house, during that phone call It was never told to me that canceling the magazine subscription was also going to cancel my roadside assistance so here I am out $250 for the price of a tow because of information that was never told to me through Haggerty for canceling a magazine subscription.

Fantastic company! However, my agreed value policy has gone up $100 dollars a year for the past two years for a car that's maybe driven 200 miles a year. They couldn't even provide a good answer as to why. The policies on my everyday cars don't go up this much! So much for being a loyal customer...I'm going elsewhere!

I have called multiple times with the same incompetent response which was we don’t know why which is BS. I have now found a new company at much lower prices with the same coverage!

Outstanding customer service and understanding of my classic vehicle. Claim was quick and easy from report to payment and I could not be happier with the company.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a 2002 Porsche 911 through Hagerty Marketplace based in part on representations made by the owner Collectible Classics on the auction site that the vehicle had undergone a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) that found no issues, no leaks of any kind, no concerns and no bore scoring even though they only scoped 3 cylinders. After taking delivery, significant defects were discovered that required substantial repairs. More importantly, Amity Auto—the shop that allegedly performed the PPI—confirmed by both phone and email that it did not perform a PPI and that its inspection was limited in scope to bore scoring and paint-related concerns.

Despite being provided with documents from Amity Auto, repair estimates, and other supporting evidence, neither Collectible Classics nor Hagerty Auction has taken meaningful steps to address the misrepresentation or facilitate a resolution other than offer $1,000.00 to make it go away. Shouldn't they hold sellers to the policies and the same accountability that they would a buyer that doesn't follow the buyer policies. Try posting a negative review on one of Collectible Classics auctions and see how long it takes for it to be removed.

See the previous comments. A simple claim was handled simply and smoothly. Everything is going forward as well without problems.

They were to the point and gave me what I need for what I feel is a fair price.

customer service is always very good ive never had any problems.i always recommend hagerty to people when discussing car insurance with car people.and most important is customer service is always answered by a person that speaks perfect english.

Feel the rates are good, service is good, and enjoy the publications.
