Hagerty has always been great. I needed to have a car moved to a repair shop a few weeks ago and I was on the phone for 20 minutes. Count it again 20 minutes with a representative from an obviously foreign country with a very deep accent who couldn’t find my car who couldn’t find my account who couldn’t find my policy, even though I was reading her the policy number from my email that had all the information on it correctly after 20 minutes of frustration, I said ma’am let me speak to you supervisor I didn’t want to be rude, but I told her over and over again if you can’t put your supervisor on, I’m going to hang up and call back which I did and the person who answered took care of me easily. I don’t know what happened with that representative, but you do record them. It says you record them and that person should be fired. I told the second person if you guys wanna look it up, look it up by the date that my 1947 Chrysler was picked up in Flushing Queens and brought out the Holbrook on Long Island

I love offering my clients option for Hagerty to insure their collector's vehicles. Most people don't know that an older vehicle under a standard auto insurance policy will only pay acv if there is a loss. Hagerty offers coverage at current value and the cost is great!

Hagerty used to be good but not anymore. My car has been in the shop for MONTHS waiting on them to approve a partial repaint. Their first claims person was great, came to my house and approved everything. It took awhile to find a body shop so they decided to "re-acess" it and completely contradicted the first estimate. They basically told the shop to use rubbing compound on deep scratches and they would come back again and look at it. Meanwhile the shop is not happy at all.

Hagerty is the choice for classic car coverage. Hagerty provides exceptional coverage for an affordable option. I have never had a bad experience dealing with customer service, and I would rather deal with Hagerty before dealing with any other insurance company. I wish Hagerty was the only insurance company I have to deal with.

Hagerty has been a great experience. A friend told me about them and suggested I contact the nearest agent. I did and had a great conversation and felt that he was interested in helping me get better coverage for less cost. He gave me the figures I needed to cover my vehicle and told me to talk it over with my wife and call him back with our decision. Once I called back we set up the electronic forms and the rest is history. I get a call now and then from the agent, just checking up on the progress of the restoration work, and to remind me that Hagerty has contacts that I can call for help or parts locations. Regular insurance companies can only recommend new parts companies or local service shops.

Easy to work with. I had a claim because of a deer Collision and they didn't try to cut corners or try to pay less than the estimated repair cost
