Shoes are very comfortable to work with, even after all these months. The system of laces is handy.

De schoenen zitten heel comfortabel en bieden perfect steun! Ze zijn goed te onderhouden. Ze zijn mooi waterdicht.
Ik ben heel tevreden en kan Haix alleen maar aanraden!!

Sehr gut, passform einfach spitze

Kürzlich habe ich ein Paar Bergschuhe Nature One GTX und ein Paar Nature One GTX High erworben. Es sind perfekte Berg- und Wanderschuhe für lange Wandertouren. Das Schöne an diesen Schuhen ist, dass sie sehr leicht sind, wasserdicht und man kaum warme Füße darin bekommt. Ein Spitzenprodukt.

Shoes quality is not as good as expected. Half a year and the stitches are loose. When a product is not good they cannot give a refund or anything like that so the 5 year warranty is not well done. I've had my shoes for one year and they're in ruins. Only from walking.. I cleaned them every month. But they said the warranty wasn't available

In the past 8 months I ordered 2 pairs of HAIX boots. The first pair being the ‘commander GTX’ model.
This shoe was good for some time, fitted nicely and worked perfectly fine. After some time a painful spot on the inside started to develop. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send it back. I did, and got the shoes back after repair. This took almost 3 weeks. Well, I opened the box of ‘repaired’ boots and saw nothing had changed; they were still painful.

The second pair I ordered (I should’ve never done this and learned from my previous bad experience) were the Black Eagle athletic GTX. These boots seemed to be perfect. Only after walking in them for a short time I noticed something wrong in the heel, it was uneven and had some hard stuff sticking out.

Needless to say I sent these back too, they got ‘repaired’ and basically were not changed like in previous experience. I complained again and HAIX told me they’d give me a refund.

Getting my refund also took longer than stated on the website, everything this company does is slow. Whilst this is not bad, the thing that makes it bad is the fact that they do no communicate, so you're waiting without knowing whats happening with your money.

I emailed them 2 times asking about my money, 2 times I did not get answer.

NEVER order from this company, shoes/boots are alright (mostly) but the service is downright terrible. Would not recommend.

Great shoes. I work in a very harsh environment, and these shoes still look great! They are incredibly light weight and fit great! Standing on them for 8 hours straight is no issue with the great soles that they are fitted with. My next pair (wich will be in 10 years, seeing how indestructible they are) will definitely be from Haix too!
