Amazing customer service. Asked about purchasing a replacement belt clip mount for the pager and received an email saying they had already sent out a complimentary one. Couldn't ask for more

I bought from Hak5, extremely disappointed, the item hasn't arrived for over 3 months, support doesn't respond. Complete scam.

Bought bash bunny mark 2 works like crap , don't buy if you want quick creds to work for quick creds ... Spent 3 days re coding and the like .. they should put a notice up about the problems with windows cause they are well aware ... With all the other cool tools out there don't waste your money on this ... Been pen testing etc for 30 yrs .... I won't be back to hak5.

My experience with their support was extremely poor. When issues came up, support was unhelpful and slow, and resolving the problem took far more effort than it should have. Instead of getting clear assistance, I was left chasing answers.

If you run into problems, the only effective solution seems to be requesting a refund or going through your bank for a chargeback, which says a lot about how customer issues are handled. This reflects very poorly on their customer service and overall business practices.

Their pricing is heavily inflated for what is offered. Comparable tools and alternatives are widely available for 3–5 times less, often with better support and documentation.

Don't recommend!

All the updates an manuels are super easy to find, many tutorials. These guys belive an back their products.. my wifi pineapple pager box even says it was made right here in America an thats always a plus

I am extremely disappointed with Hak5 and my experience with their products and support.

Hak5 sells a malicious USB cable that is intentionally designed to compromise devices and makes it widely available at an affordable price. In my opinion, releasing this type of tool so broadly, without sufficient safeguards, is irresponsible and contributes to a less secure digital environment.

To make matters worse, the “malicious cable detector” they sell does not work as advertised. In my testing, it flagged every cable as malicious, including known, standard, non-malicious cables. This makes the detector effectively useless and creates false positives that undermine trust in the product entirely.

When I contacted Hak5 support multiple times to address these issues, I received no meaningful response. They did not stand behind their product or provide clarification, troubleshooting, or resolution.

Based on my experience, the products did not perform as claimed, and customer support was unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values product integrity, accountability, or responsible security practices.

The Pineapple Pager is Beyond Words Amazing - its literally a handheld Linux Box designed by an amazing group of folks. Excellent Device beyond all my preordered expectations. Very Well Worth the wait and arrived Exactly the day before Christmas! Another Iconic Device from Hak5.

Bought a USB rubber ducky it broke instantly and is basically a 130$ defective fidget spinner

Love the device. Im not a smart man so setup is slow but it will be fine.ive found inspiration here.wish they would accept crypto but im sure in good time.

The experience was quite good and it was a fairly large order that had a couple of backorders. Communication was much better than I expected, and it was timely. I recommend them and will use them again.
