Great products and selection. All real clothes. Just wish I could get better updates on shipping. Not expecting Amazon speed, but I did wait 2 weeks for tracking info. Otherwise great service and a good growing team.

What made my experience professional was that someone was in contact with me the entire time. It assures a customer when someone send them updates on their package continuously and checks up on them.

I ordered a pair of Akatsuki sandals from Hakai Culture. It said allow 10 days for item to ship. Sadly it took alot longer than that... yet even tho I had to wait nearly 2 months to receive my order, there was not a day or time that I was not informed by the Hakai team about what exactly was going on with my order. From the very 1st email I sent them w/my curiosity about the status of my order i was not only assured that I would receive my order, I was also sent multiple updates after that 1st email w/o having to initiate the conversation! When I received my order I was stoked! Its exactly how I pictured them when ordering them. The size chart made it easy to get the correct size and the material used is not cheep. They are quite comfortable & I will definitely get my use out of them! Last but not least, there seem to be many new sites advertising there anime gear on Facebook, Twitter & YouTube these days. If you want my opinion & you want things done correctly, get yourself on over to the Hakai Culture website now! Check out their wide variety of Anime gear & trust ME! You can't go wrong w/these guys. The shorts I got are amazing quality and the akatsuki design is sick but i think you guys should adjust size charts just a little cause I got a medium and fit 30-32 but they’re kinda tight on me. Other than that absolutely no complaints whatsoever because they are a good material and super comfortable
