I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Aaqib Ahmed and Maruf Yusupov, the CEO and founder of Halal.ad (trading under CC Creative Limited). Both of these individuals are directly involved in a fraudulent Ponzi scheme that has conned countless people out of over £20 million. Aaqib Ahmed has scammed innocent people, ruining their lives and financial security, while Maruf Yusupov played a key role in facilitating these illegal activities. Their actions have caused irreparable damage to many, and the police are currently investigating the scheme. Do not trust these individuals under any circumstances. They are con artists with no regard for the harm they cause. Avoid them at all costs.

Ponzi scheme
Halal ad in conjunction with Muslim pioneer have stolen all of my money. They have scammed over 700 Muslims who trusted them. Maruf Yusuf and Aaqib Ahmed have been running a ponzi scheme.
I am filing a formal negative review…
I am filing a formal negative review against Maruf Yusupov, the CEO and founder of Halal.ad (trading under CC Creative Limited), for his role in facilitating fraudulent activities led by Aaqib Ahmed as an elaborate ponzi scheme involving over £20 Million. Maruf Yusupov and Halal.ad enabled financial misconduct and deceptive practices that have caused significant financial harm to myself and numerous others.
Aaqib Ahmed orchestrated a fraudulent scheme under the guise of a "done-for-you advertising service," where victims were deceived into believing their payments were funding legitimate advertising campaigns. Instead, these funds were misappropriated in what appears to be a Ponzi scheme.
Maruf Yusupov and Halal.ad acted as key facilitators in this operation, providing infrastructure and services that allowed the scheme to continue.
Maruf Yusupov and Halal.ad allowed
1. Provision of Payment Links:
Halal.ad provided Stripe payment links used to collect large sums of money from victims.
These links were issued without proper due diligence or verification of their intended use.
2. Mismanagement of Funds:
Funds collected via the payment links were funneled to third parties, including Aaqib Ahmed, instead of being used exclusively for legitimate advertising services.
There is no clear accounting or transparency regarding how these funds were spent.
3. Retroactive Changes to Terms:
After disputes arose, Halal.ad retroactively added terms and conditions to payment pages and their website to falsely justify non-refundability and evade accountability.
4. Facilitation of Fraudulent Transactions:
Halal.ad accepted payments directly from individuals with no direct contractual relationship, enabling the misuse of funds.
5. Misrepresentation of Services:
Halal.ad provided misleading documentation to claim that services were rendered, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
The actions of Maruf Yusupov and Halal.ad have resulted in financial losses for hundreds of individuals who believed their payments were going toward legitimate services. Many of these victims were unaware of Halal.ad’s involvement until after the fraud was exposed.
1. Maruf Yusupov, Halal.ad, needs to be investigated and their role in facilitating this fraudulent scheme.
2. They need to be held accountable for any violations of consumer protection laws, including misrepresentation, deceptive practices, and failure to disclose terms and conditions clearly.
3. Authorities need to Work with relevant authorities to recover funds misappropriated through this scheme.
4. Authorities need to Ensure that platforms like Stripe and other financial intermediaries improve oversight to prevent similar fraudulent activities.
This matter has caused immense financial and emotional distress to many victims. People's immediate attention and action are crucial to prevent further harm and bring those responsible to justice.
