Fantastic service all round
Fantastic service all round. Particular thanks to Jonny McEvoy (Lisburn branch) for going out of his way to help after I ordered the wrong product and had to return it. Delivery service was also spot on and both the branch and driver kept in touch to confirm times - 10/10 from initial delivery through to collection of the return and delivery of the replacement. Cheers!

Ordered on line a heatmiser neo stat. It was meant to be in stock. Went to collect and it wasn't there. A week later and it still hasn't come into stock. Item is paid for. No communication as to when this order will be fulfilled

Tonne bags, difficult delivery.
The delivery of tonne bags arrived on time and although very difficult to crane into our yard the guys took time and got the bags as close to the works area as possible.

Straightforward service
Our item was easily ordered on line and we then received a very polite phone call from a member of staff to confirm the order and a further call when the item was ready for collection.
