Every time I order from Hale Groves I get 4-5 rotten pieces of fruit in a 4 case order. The rest of the fruit is very goodz

The grapefruits are very small and were packed without the usual foam to keep them from rolling around in the box. The quality of the fruit is quite mixed, as was the quality of the fruit we ordered in December - some are dry, some moist; some are tasteless or bitter, some are sweet or very grapefruit-sour; some are full of seeds and some have many small sections. We used to get excellent grapefruit from Harvey's Grove. The grapefruit we have received from you for the past couple of years is not up to that standard, and we are rethinking giving it as gifts if we cannot count on the quality.
