I wish there were negative stars to give ! I did a withdrawal request after winning in Hallmark's Casino on Feb 7, 2023. I am just now (May 30, 2023) getting rejected on my winnings. I have been fighting this casino all that time. DON'T PLAY HERE. If you win and try to withdraw your winnings....they will give you some excuse that you aren't eligible for your withdrawal request.

Don’t play this casino their thieves and do not honor redemption prizes they are a fake no good all the way around bad people and casino don’t waste your money to their skeme

I made a deposit so I could play on their website and won a little bit like $1,200.00. I’ve requested to withdrawal the funds. However I can not get in touch with anybody. If I call, no one answers. If I speak to a live chat, they tell me to wait 3-4 business days and they will email me but they haven’t. I told the last agent that and he ended the chat with me. This place is nothing but crooks. They will take your money and will not help you. Places like these need to be shut down.

It is a deceptive site. I tried it and deposited $500, and now my balance is more than $800. But the problem is that the support is very bad, and the withdrawal methods are very limited and backward. After I moved to another country, they told me that I cannot withdraw here, anyone. He wants to buy my account, I will sell it for only $200 😡😡

Total Scam. FBI needs to get involved and shut them down. When i finally won, i submitted my withdrawal request. The website told me it was approved. 4 weeks later, no money. Now they say i need to send in more proof. So you securely log in so they know who is gambling. Yet they require unlimited proof to verify its you. In reality, they just won't pay no matter what.

Do NOT gamble here. I won $700 3 weeks ago. I have been given the run around. The last excuse was because I deposited $60… lost it, deposited another $60 and won. I was told it was disqualified because of second deposit. I played here a couple of years ago and no problem. But THIS is outrageous. I did not play with bonus funds. Even making deposits is messed up. I would make a deposit and get a message saying it was approved and call Customer Service to finalize deposit. I didn’t call and hours later deposit approve and in my account. Other times deposit not deposited. Do they have money problems???? Regardless your money in will never result in cashing out winnings.

This is from Hallmark. “Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to fulfil your withdrawal request. This is because there was mixing of funds done in the account. You made a deposit of $60 when there was already a previous balance of $69.71. This is not allowed as it helps in winning.
Your withdrawal request is being cancelled and the balance is going to be made void as it would be a play for fun amount only.”

I have been trying to collect my legal legitimate winnings now for weeks, just get the run around.submitted documents several times, talked to All departments several times, keep putting me off. Ask them to to cancel My withdraw, told them I will just gamble the money away. They didn't want to do that. Gamble somewhere else. This place is a joke. Support don't help.

Wow this is a whole scam lol they really act like they don’t see my game history I won 1100 an 1200 off the bonus an when I call they told me its not 1100 ira 100 an the 1200 was 120 an I got a print out of the game history but I kept winning then the game messed up an left me with 300 this is a site you should not go on they a scam fake fraud site they need to be reported

I won yesterday then when I tried to withdrawal they said I couldn’t because I have multiple accounts. Total bs. Don’t waste your time or money.

I won and turned in all the paperwork and they said I had been approved. Never received my money and they said I had to send in the paperwork in .jpeg which I did, still never received any money.

As I have read in others review I also am a player/ customer at Hallmark Casino who made and successful completed per Hallmarks site and clauses state and conducted and completed the casino and sites proper and request withdraw of my money in my account at Hallmark casino and with Hallmark casino that I have that also legally as a customer and / individual that law states legally requires to be done and all necessary on my end to have my money from my account at Hallmark casino withdrawed from it and deposited to my personal individual bank account they sent me the confirmation Id and email stating that it was successful and complete as they already deducted the amount from my Hallmark casino account . So I waited 7 to ten days nothing and so then I inquired as I have several times still now about my withdraw and my money and why not been deposited into my account yet but I via telephone and via live chat on the Hallmark casino websites live chat spoken to several different customer services representatives that every time and each one tells me different excuses , reasons, to u name which I have every conversation and single smallest bit of proof show and screen shot every live chat conversation that I ve also literally still went ahead and done or whatever and various extra they said and played as was hold up or is as why not yet received it in this case was . THIS is also why I always assure I am able show and provide I have and to assure able prove that I have on my end and also assure I go and assure also get and save the said required or legal terms and clasues etc... Bc then like in situation like this and they aren't giving or providing my money that law will and law will uphold that they help responsible and all. They state and hold liability same as any business, any kinda agreements , conduct transaction and or business transactions also and also as business plus as a casino and doing do know that they are and who be accountable as so also and when they don't do as they claim or produce or whatever case be on there end as on and do as they and or provide as they advertise and state as also

I had more than 11000 play through everytime I tried to do a withdrawal there was always some requirement I had not met. When I finally did meet all the requirements I was told I couldn't mix funds and that they reserve the right to cancel the withdrawal and keep all winnings. This was a withdrawal for 700.00! This place is a joke!

This side is a scam they gave me $100 welcome bonus that I had to wager 2,300 I weighed your $2,300 and was still up 600 they told me I was only going to be able to cash out $100 so then I lost until I got to a hundred went to go withdrawal then they said I had to have 215 and then of course I went back on there and I didn't win nothing after that so meet us to say I got absolutely nothing and sit on there for 14 hours playing for absolutely nothing so going there if you want to but it's a big scam and you're not going to win anything

This place is definitely a scam and I didn’t even need to try a withdrawal to discover that. As soon as I signed up and was looking to find the email to verify my account I found it in the spam folder with a red flag attached to it saying this link is very suspicious and has a link inside of it used to steal peoples personal information. My theory is that somehow they are able to manipulate there games so the winnings odds and extremely increased and you end up thinking you have hit it big and then when you go to withdrawal they ask for all these personal document and bank information etc and after that point when you send all of your very personal valuable and sensitive information they flip the script and either just give you the run around or they will come up with a very minute issue as to why your winnings have been confiscated.
I played with a 50 dollar free chip and quickly made the wager requirement and when contacting the customer service I was told that I could only get 100 and also I had to pay them back for the 50 dollar free chip and make a 30 dollars deposit on top of sending them all my documents and photos of my debit card front and back and also a photo of me holding my license. That to me says they want those type of photos and documents so they can imitate you and steal your identity or sell it. Case closed please don’t set your self up. You won’t be the lucky one who does everything right and beat the odds to get a withdrawal. It’s a scam. Literally.

This casino is a complete run around scam!! My daughter made a deposit for me as a Mother's day gift. I played on a bonus they offered. Once I met the playthrough, I made my withdraw request. I was given the run around for over 3/4 weeks. No one from chat support knew anything. I kept checking the status and the same dead end results every time. I sent them all the documents 5 times!! They kept saying they needed my documents. I kept the proof of all the emails and conversations with them. From the beginning I told them that my daughter made the deposit. With my documents I also included a copy of my daughter's debit card front and back. I also included a copy of her ID front and back. Well today they gave me an answer finally after dealing with them everyday sense the withdraw request. They told me that they could not give me the withdraw because the card wasn't mine. I told the agent that they were informed of this from the beginning and I was then told I would get a call within the next 24 hours with a solution. I know that they will try to offer me free spins that wager at 3-10 cents and you don't win anything from those. I'm going to push this and have them blacklisted!!! Worst casino ever!!!

I won $2100 and they would not pay me. They deducted the entire amount from my account then lied about it.
