Terrible customer service. Wheel covers we purchased didn't fit because of a Tesla lugnut issue so we couldn't use the products. Purchasing the product, attempting to fit them, working with Tesla to get it scheduled etc etc all took more than a month only for Tesla to decline to adjust the lugnut. Haloblk will not refund an unusable product because this process took more than 30 days to work through.

Refuse to process return even after they promised to do so. Customer service is non existent. Employee named Cesar will call and text you to harass and threaten you. Products are cheap Chinese made plastic garbage. Very low quality. Website is very deceptive. You will regret every moment of you buy from them.

Company is based out of China not CALIFORNIA, US. Like they claim. They also claim energy efficiency increase when their products don't do anything for energy efficiency from the factory stock hub caps. Products are made from cheap Chinese plastic. Nothing is made in the USA. Refunds aren't honored either, even for unopened products even the shipping box was unopened. Had to file a chargeback from the bank. The owner Scott Zhang is a scammer. Buyer beware. You will regret if you buy from them.

I bought a set of Halodisc 2 wheel covers from this company and they are super easy to install and look phenomenal. My car turns heads all the time when I’m out driving and I get random strangers taking pictures when it’s parked. 100% recommend if you enjoy the attention. Customer support is also very helpful and replies quickly.

I have been dealing with Halobk since they started to sell their brand of wheel covers. Each order was processed without issue. I have collected 4 sets that I rotate through about every two months along with air pressure checks. Sometimes I'll use different pairs on the front and rear of my 2024 Tesla Model 3 RWD. Haloblk has engineered a non-destructive attachment system that is by far the industry leader.

I purchased the Halo disks, the mats, and the cupholder and I’m still using all of them today. What stands out most is the quality. Everything feels durable, well-made, and built to hold up to regular use without wearing down or losing its fit.

I also really appreciate the attention to detail. The finishing is clean, the materials feel premium, and each piece looks like it was designed thoughtfully rather than mass-produced. The mats fit nicely and do their job without sliding around, the cupholder feels solid and secure, and the disks have held up great over time.

Overall, these products have been a reliable upgrade and they still look and perform like they did when I first bought them. Highly recommend.

So far everything has hat I have bought from Haloblk, (Pedals, sunshade, Halodisc Charging v2) have been excellent quality. I also appreciate their prompt customer service and the attention to detail with packaging. This makes each purchase and the subsequent unboxing very satisfying.

The covers are great and they saved my rim from getting scratched up when my wife accidentally hit a curb in a hotel parking lot. My only complaint and thing I with I could change is some way to access the stem so I can check the tire pressure and add or release air as needed. It is a bit of a pain to take the covers off just to check air pressure.

The packaging and instructions are nice. Like others may mention, having to remove everything to get to the air valve stem is a bit of a pain point. I do wish the center cap had a seal around it so car wash soap doesn’t get into the crevices which leads to the cap hard to remove.

Offering more colors and possible gloss finishes would be nice.

Products I got were great. Fit and finish was also great. No complaints so yet. I’d definitely recommend these products and will also buy again.

I bought the Haloblk wheel covers for my Model Y Juniper, and they’re stunning! People are asking me about them more than the car itself. I also got the Alloy Pedal 2. They were super easy to put on, and the pedals feel really secure with a sporty vibe.

I had what would have been a serious issue with my haloblk wheel covers and customer service made it seamless not only did they know what the issue was they had a recommended temporary fix and are sending me replacement parts and double checked my address thankfully because I moved. fantastic customer service experience.

This company is wonderful. I had an issue with my rims a while ago and he personally came to pick them up and replace them for me. They truly care about you and the quality is amazing. 100 percent recommend them for all the products they have!!

Haloblk wheels cover are amazing, turn your Tesla into super cool looking. You can also apply Vinyl Stickers to make your car special.

They also offer custom printing. Amazing!
