We have used Halo Cars and indeed their driver Fasil twice now for transfer between home and Birmingham Airport. Their administration is first class and Fasil is most helpful and courteous at what can be a stressful time. Always punctual and a smooth driver, I can highly recommend both the company and Fasil to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and straightforward journey.

We had a driver we really liked. His name was Fasil and we spent 5 hours with him on our way to The Lake District from London. He was professional, thoughtful, and a very skilled driver.

The driver tracked my flight & was in contact so that as soon as I switched my phone in. Message was waiting with information on where both he & the car would be. I was met the moment I came out of arrivals. As a disabled passenger this was invaluable. There was a bottle of cold water waiting for me & I was asked about car temperature, seat position & music. Drive was safe professional & extremely helpful I will definitely use again & would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else 10/10 worth every penny

Excellent service from start to end. We had to make a last minute change to our scheduled pick up and this was accommodated brilliantly by the Halo team and our driver, Khalid. Very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Unreliable. Asked for taxi to BHX airport when holiday was booked & was told to contact again nearer departure date. Sent further request in April for flight on May 13th. Halo came back with reference & said they would confirm in due course. Less than 72 hours before our flight I get an email telling me they don't have any drivers available. Now got to pay to park at airport!

Halo Cars has offered a perfect service for my trip. I have booked a car at a certain time for when our flight was due to arrive, but then we lost our flight connection and ended up with 2 extra ones and our inital time of arrival was delayed about 6-7 hours…

During this entire time I’ve been in constant connection with both the company and our driver on whatsapp and we’ve been picked up as we eventually arrived and taken to our destination by a very friendy driver.

I will definitely use again Halo Cars and recommend it to anyone else.

The trip was great, our driver was very kind and great to talk with. He grabbed out bags and stopped for a toilet break for my wife. I highly recommend him!

Becomeing a regular at this taxi service! We were suppose to land at 13.00 at Birmingham airport but started with a delay of 20 min. Informed Dewan who reassured us that it was not a problem he would wait. Then we got to the airport and absolute chaos at passport controle! Informed Dewan and still not a problem. In the end we had a 40 minute delay at passport controle got our bags and called Dewan. We went outside and he was there as quickly as he could. Thank you for waiting and taking us home safe!
