Where do I begin?! RUN! Trouble since day one! The website says American made. 5 weeks delivery. They never sent order confirmation email. Found out 7 weeks after original order date (12/26/25), from customer service text, that the item was being shipped from CHINA! CHINA! Delivery got moved to mid March 2026. Still no email on shipping. After contacting them AGAIN, two more weeks they said. Still no email on shipping. Contacted again! Now delivery date end of April 2026. Still no email. Shipped from China to Houston, TX. That is a long way to go from China. Was told numerous times I would get emails. Didn’t happen. They continued to blow smoke about my order. I honestly do not believe the table was ever existed much less shipped. It is 4 months later and still no table. Do not believe anything on this website.

I'm rather impressed with the HaloLoom cabinet that I recently acquired. Its walnut finish and fluted form give it a chic mid-century appearance that elevates my dining area. Moving it into position required some work, but that gives me more confidence that it is long-lasting and composed of high-quality materials.

The quality is so much better than I had imagined. Thick pieces and good locking, easy to assemble hardware made me like it even more! The carved wood detail on the from would make anyone that's trying to save a buck but have quality, happy.

I was a little nervous ordering something this large online, but it exceeded all my expectations. The fluted oak design looks even better in person - clean, modern, and warm at the same time. It adds a really high-end look to my dining area without being flashy.

Nice solid piece of furniture. Customer service has been over the top, wonderful. One piece was damaged on delivery. We contacted company directly. They sent a replacement and updated us along the way. Checked in after it arrived. Upon request, gave a quote for 2 more shelves and are updating us as they ship. This level of service has been great. Piece looks fantastic as well.

Haloloom was amazing from start to finish! She answered all my questions, shipped us a sample wood piece to ensure it would match our kitchen, adjusted the order to be specific to the size I needed, and shipped immediately. The packaged was securely packaged. Would definitely recommend and will purchase more items in the future!

Sadly, a small part of the wood was damaged during UPS delivery despite the secure packaging. I'm not sure if labeling it as fragile would have made a difference. On the bright side, customet support was outstanding - they quickly provided repair materials, and now the damage us barely visible.

Item was received damaged. The seller made the process seamless to get the issue with my damaged console rectified by sending out another one within a week's time. Thoroughly impressedwith the level of customer service and ensuring I'm satisfied in receiving a quality product. I'd recommend ordering from this company for that alone.

I was looking for an arched bookcase that was enclosed to mitigate dust. Cabinets look exactly as pictured and is very sturdy.

Table a light wood and does not pull yellow. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble. It's being used as a desk because it's the perfect size. We added a large desk pad to keep the surface safe.

Chair is incredibly comfortable and well-made. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the color is slightly darker than it appeared on my screen.

I bought one of these this year and it was great, rather expensive yet robust and beautiful.

The quality is pretty good for the price. Overall I do love the appearance and it holds all my supplies.
