Mother’s Day package not delivered …
Ordered hamper for my daughter for Mother Day on March 11. Spoke to my daughter on Mother’s Day March 15 at 9 PM, package had not been delivered.
It is supposed to be delivered today - one day late. I paid 15 pounds for shipping. Disappointed in the service, cannot say about product not yet arrived.

Thank you for your email and I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately deliveries to Northern Ireland can take an extra 1-2 working days to arrive - this should have been communicated to you during checkout, and I sincerely apolgise if this wasn’t made clear enough.
I have since tracked your parcel and am happy to report this was successfully delivered on Monday.
