Lucian came twice to the house first to assess and then to effect. He was at all times sensitive, courteous and practical. He did an excellent job and worked very swiftly.

Super efficient! I called on Wednesday afternoon, Courtney managed to fit me in, Lucien arrived 8.30 the next morning and the job was completed by 9am! Really friendly and knowledgeable service. Lucien from the Hampstead Group was great - efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. We’ve booked him in to come back next week to fix more things around the house.

Booking was quick and easy, with great communication, followed up with reminders and a calendar invite. Lucien arrived promptly for the booking and was polite and professional. I had a large and varied list of jobs that needed to be taken care of, from issues with leaks, uneven kitchen cabinets, to a blocked shower head - all of which he was able to resolve efficiently and in a timely manner. He was conscientious and left the area he was working in spotless.
I would highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again.

I was really happy with this service. It was quick, efficient and great value for money. I had a few things that needed fixed, small things but beyond my DIY capabilities - a broken radiator, some cupboard doors hanging off. In just under 90 minutes everything was fixed. I will definitely use this service again.
