Hamptonbabies Avis 

The items I ordered of the Facebook advert are christmas gifts for my grandchildren, not getting any updates. Big mistake falling for the cuteness of the adverts. I had to write a message about my concern, and got a tracking info thst os non existent. And only visible reply was that it's at evri. This is definitely a scam. Stay away. It's funny how Facebook deletes lame posts from people but allow these scam adverts on it.

Unclear advertising. Wish I read the Trustpilot reviews first.
You really have to search into the site to see that delivery takes 2-5 weeks. Very disappointed. The tracking link they gave me didn’t work so after asking twice they gave me a tracking link which doesn’t even have any information to prove that it is for my parcel (no addresses shown etc). It’s been over 3 weeks since ordering and it still says that the parcel is still on its way to the courier.
I asked for a refund/cancellation and they said no. Overpriced drop shipped items. Would not recommend at all.

The delivery took two weeks to arrive (to UK) but was disappointed that the product was shipped from China. The trousers are cute and seem good quality albeit on the large size, but the advertising made Hampton Babies seem like they were a small family owned company rather than drop shippers. I also wasn’t aware of the no returns policy.

The item I reviewed had NO tags. It didn’t show size or washing instructions. I wrote to the company and there has been no response. I am very upset as this is a gift but I won’t give a gift with no tags especially for a baby. Will NRVER shop here again. And what is is this no return policy?? Ridiculous. Doesn’t say what the fabric is either. The order number is 6860. Please note I have emailed you twice using your on line customer service form and I have not received an answer to either. Thanks

The clothes are absolutely stunning - beautifully deaigned and great quality . They look so much more expensive than they are . I have five grown up kids who will all have babies so i will be back for years !

the outfits i purchased for my grandchildren were beautiful, well made and a big hit with my daughter - a hard marker. my daughter wanted to know if the little pink jacket came in adult sizes - Loved!

Be weary of ordering here. The staff is pleasant enough and yes my items did arrive eventually, however…..after measuring for and ordering a pair of shoes with their sizing chart they were still far too small and there is NO RETURN OR REFUND POLICY. The only thing I could do is write this review that they are buying from me with store credit , which I can’t use because I bought the largest pair of those particular shoes available. Yes my situation is specific, but not unheard of. Be warned, this business will not give you back your money, which should be illegal. Never shopping here again, and will certainly be letting others know of these red flags.

Return issue and no responce

it certainly was not made clear i couldnt return
surely in this day and age companies cannot keep peoples money

I recently had a good experience with Hampton babies. Despite encountering sizing issues with the shoes I purchased for my granddaughter, their customer service was very accommodating.
Although they typically have a strict no return, no exchange policy, they kindly made an exception and issued a credit for the order.
Thanks for their exceptional service and gorgeous offerings, I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!

I unfortunately my experience with Hampton babies has been bad due to shipping issues. I do love your items and I would have purchased again but there has been a problem after another problem with the shipping. 2 items arrived one month after the order while the third is not arrived yet and they sent me the refund. It is a real pire

The products are awesome the quality is second to none and he overall service you get is brilliant so easy to buy from and delivery is quick we love buying from Hampton babies

We have already placed several orders with Hamptonbabies and are completely satisfied every time. Parcels arrive quickly in Germany, within 10 days. Items are neatly packed in branded bags. The items are high quality, neatly sewn, very beautiful and stylish.

This company is just amazing. Really good quality jackets were purchased. They look like they’re designer label and look similar to Canada Goose.
I made the mistake of putting my twins in the jackets in a downpour and the jackets got a little damaged. I messaged them and they gave me store credit to the value of the jackets when they didn’t need to. It was my fault. And they replied within hours. Just amazing customer service … above and beyond!

The items I ordered were perfect in size, fabric and delivery (to Italy). I really recommend them. I loved them too much .

I absolutely love them and they are made from a really good material.
The things I got from Hamptonbabies are still my kids favourite. Washed them many times and they still look like new.
