Order was late as goods were a new product, but I was kept informed of the delay. Goods arrived, well packed, as per final delivery date. I had a hand written note apologising for the delay which was very touching. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've reviewed Hampton Hobbies and Games before but a few months later I'm amazed at how good they are still! Hampton Hobbies is exactly what every company should strive to be. At every possible aspect they excel in! They customer service and support is genuinely second to none. Such a pleasant and personable experience which each order. Every order is packed with care and on time. They give the best possible prices even in a time where even most companies try and mark up their prices to compare to a secondary market. This was a pre-order I'd forgotten about. Beautifully packaged and arrived on release day, in perfect condition. They just get on with it and do a brilliant job. I'm currently buying less than ebfore, but they are my first stop for anything I want.

Every order you make with HHaG feels personal. The had written note at the bottom of the delivery slip. The attention to packing. You don't feel like "just another order number" I've ordered many times with John and HHaG. Even though I hadn't ordered for a while, it was nice to see the "Welcome Back" note. They care, it's obvious the passion to ensuring the whole process keeps customers returning, it's a dying art form is customer service and John and the team, for me, have always absolutely nailed it.

John is always the first person I ask when I need a recommendation for a game, as he's so in the know. I asked John for recommendations for my daughter's 13th birthday and he suggested a few options. He ordered in the game I chose, and posted it out within good time for wrapping up. Excellent service as always - we chose Carcassonne, and really looking forward to playing it.

Product arrived well packaged and complete. Company kept me well informed as to status of this preorder from late last year. When in stock, my order was fulfilled and delivered quickly and I was kept up to date with delivery details.

Superb. There a probably a very small handful of boardgame companies that I really trust, who will deliver on-time, with well packaged games. Hampton Hobbies is one of them. In fact, I'll always check their website first to see if a game is in-stock, because you know you're getting top quality service, from a company that really loves what they do.

Super friendly, super quick and well packaged games

Chose 24 hour delivery, items were dispatched within an hour and arrived the following day. One game had an item missing, messaged Hampton and they responded quickly and sorted the issue for me. Totally recommend these guys, great service and fantastic communication all round. Puts bigger retailers to shame!
