Rupak was very professional and prompt in his replied. Excellent customer service. However I did feedback that the incense quality I received was not as good as the one I had. But he was very receptive of the feedback. Definitely a reliable seller.

Incredible customer service!
I have not purchased from them as of right now, but I wanted to review the excellent customer service i received today.
Although they did not ultimately have the specific thing I was looking for, Rumpak answered my MANY questions eagerly, honestly, and in great detail. I truly appreciated his help, time, and genuine desire to help me find what I was looking for.
As I said, I have not yet ordered from their website, but I have to believe that any company whose service professionals are as knowledgable, professional, and helpful as Rumpak, has got to be good.
I look forward to ordering something from them in the future, and recommend you do as well-- and please ask Rumpak any questions you have and say hello for me :D
