I had an avarage experience with handinhandsoap.com. It was ok I guess. Prices were reasonable. Quality of the items was ok aswell. Custmer support is helfpul. Communication was not great, but they managed to get the job done. Nothing to write home about, but not wrost either. It's still a bit early to give any proper reviw, but so far I am sastified. Not the best, but not terrible either. A middle of the road expericne overall.

Love your hand soaps. I ordered the Pink Peony hand soap and am disappointed. There is no smell of Pink Peony. The fragrance is NIL.

Smells great with a clean finish, not sticky. Our family’s favorite hand sanitizer.

Soaps arrived in a timely manner and were well packaged

I was so pleased to find Hand in Hand Soap. Not continuously buying plastic dispensers - or even plastic refills. And the scent of the Citrus Grove is just perfect, not too sweet and not too strong. Just a nice clean scent.

Love this liquid hand soap. Ordered 5 scents: Lavender, rosemary lemon, peony, sweet grass and citrus grove. So far my favorites are peony and sweet grass but all the scents seem great. Not too overpowering. Liquid soap goes on great with a little bit going a long way and it washes off leaving my hands feeling squeaky clean. Also ordered unscented bar soap. Lathers up well and washes clean, next time I might try a lightly scented bar soap to see how my skin responds to a fragrance; normally I'm sensitive to fragrance soaps and detergents.

I was charged but never received the product. When I emailed an inquiry, I was told, " Unfortunately, we don't have control of the product after it leaves our facilities and is in the carriers hands. We recommend reaching out to your post office again to see if they have it and USPS."

Love, love this hand sanitizer. It has the perfect consistency, not too sticky. The scent is also pleasant, very light. I am wondering though where I can find the expiration date on bottle.

One Star for switching ingredients; 5 Stars for the Citrus hand soap (pump):
Although I am very happy with the Citrus hand soap (orange bottle), I am giving the company a One Star because when I compared the ingredients on the Citrus products (small and refill bottles), they were not the same. Should be able to buy a product, love its ingredients and not have to read the label again each time you purchase the same product to ensure that the formula has not changed.

Same goes for your values and commitment to the environment...if you say you will use aluminum bottles and somehow they are not available for one of the products, do not substitute with plastic bottles--if that is one of your key values and differentiators.

Cleans and exfoliates well. Leaves my skin moist and radiant. Great smell too.

Selection is limited right now but I found a few things worth purchasing. I enjoy being able to use the bar soaps they last longer than hand liquid soap. These soaps are also supporting a good cause.

I just ordered a refill! The Sea Salt with Sweet Mint and Eucalyptus hand soap lathers up nice, rinses off well (no residue) and smells great--not overpowering! This is a good company because they are cruelty-free, not only with their NO animal testing policy, but for each item bought, they send a bar of their soap to a needy child. They even have a clean water program in Haiti! The soap itself is the best I have ever bought, and the price is very reasonable. The hand soap and refills come in nice aluminum bottles to use for a long time and are recyclable, too. My orders arrived quickly and were packaged with great care.

Hand in Hand Soap company's hand sanitizer is my absolute favorite. It initially has that typical alcohol smell from hand sanitizer but it has a super pleasant grapefruit aroma that fills the air. What makes this even better is that it goes on and doesn't leave a yucky sticky strange feeling on my hands. I won't buy a couple of brands because they leave my hands feeling gross. After you put this one on it essentially evaporates and you don't feel like you've put anything on your hands at all. I initially bought it at Target at the beginning of the pandemic. When I went to buy a new bottle I found that my local Target stopped selling it. The lady said it didn't sell well... And all I can think is no one bought it because it has such a pretty bottle... it almost doesn't look like a hand sanitizer. IT SMELLS AMAZING! Fortunately you can buy the product online directly from Hand in Hand Soap company. I ordered a bulk order.
