Great experience
Really easy to order on the website, our order arrived quickly as promised. When I contacted them, they were very polite and helpful and called me back as they had promised which is rare these days. Products were also really competitivley priced. I will use them again.

Excellent product
Website was extremely detailed which meant I could order exactly what I needed. The hinges I received were very good quality. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

Faulty Returns Problem
Unable to return a handle that was faulty - apparently you only have 48 hrs to check and raise any fault issues. - what a load of rubbish - avoid !

Thanks for your feedback. As discussed on email, our website states all damages must be reported to us within 48 hours in order for us to make a claim with the courier company. You have reported the damage 7 weeks after delivery was made, therefore we are unable to accept this due to the length of time it has been.
