Brilliant service and extremely good value.
We needed to replace door closers on 3 of our most heavy entrance/exit doors and after deciding on which make and model we needed, we carried out an internet search and found Handle Hardware's website which was very well set out and easily offered the best price by almost 40%. Ordered mid-morning on a Friday and they arrived the following day. Brilliant turnaround. Will definitely use Handle Hardware again and would also recommend to others. Now just need our property man to fit them!

had to chase up item which I eventually received
had to chase up item when it didn't arrive. Was told it had been lost by the courier and would be reposted, but when they still didn't arrive I had to chase again and threatened cancelling the order before I actually finally received it.

I am sorry your order was delayed, unfortunately the item was not a stock item and therefore had to be ordered in. The delivery coming into us was firstly lost be the courier, and then slightly delayed on the replacement. I completely understand this is not acceptable however once the parcel is with the courier unfortunately it is out of our hands.
We hope the delivery issue does not happen again going forward.

Good price and quality of handle. Only issue was that I had to follow up on delivery as the original package not received. I was then informed that courier had lost the package and a replacement was sent, which was received a few days later. Prompt reply to my enquiry and satisfied with outcome. Would recommend!

Postage very high for what I ordered
Very small package. Everything great but thought the postage was very high.
I need two more but will look elsewhere as don't want to pay £6.99 for a small envelope to be delivered
