Very very bad indeed
Very very bad indeed. I ordered on 9th December and it still hasn't arrived. I would like a refund of £37.96 as soon as possible. I also ordered some chocolate from you on 30 th November and that never came until late December. Very disappointed will never recomend or buy from you again. You have also never responded to my emails in the contact us section. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm truly sorry for the poor experience you've had with recent orders. This is the first I've heard of any issues and I agree there has clearly been a problem here given your order was almost 2 months ago.
Today I chased up the brand in question to find out what the issue is, I can only assume the item has been lost in the post, but I will confirm the situation and contact you with an update as soon as I have one.

2nd purchase,1st was fantastic went for stronger oil 2nd time and waste of time,did email to tell them I was having trouble with new bottle,to thick and have to shake syringe to realise the oil resulting in it going everywhere but under ya tongue!! When I complained was told they had a dodgy batch which was glumpy and to heat it up! If they knew they had a dodgy batch I think it’s wrong to pass on to paying customers

I'd like to offer my sincere apologies for your disappointing experience with your recent CBD Brothers purchase. I totally agree that it is not acceptable to have to heat up your product in order to use it, and it is someting that we are discussing with CBD Brothers, as we want to make sure all of the products that we list on Handpicked CBD are of the highest quality.
We were not aware of this issue until you highlighted it and the guidance to heat the oil is the solution that was passed onto us by CBD Brothers at the time. As I say, we're in discussion with them at the moment to find out why this happened to their oils and I can only apologise for your poor experience.

I have tried so many face creams
I have tried so many face creams, I cannot tell you how disheartening it is not to feel happy with a face cream that partly works BUT however I can safely say that the product I chose are amazing.... eye cream- blemish serum- anti-aging cream and face wash are absolutely amazing. I would advice if your face tends to be combination to dry but at times oily goes a pink to red and overly sensitive then these creams are a definite must to try..... you will be very happy 😊 money well spent!

This was brought to have a calm effect instead of prescribed tablets from the doctor and so far seems to be working it has been used for two months now and I will be purchasing more bottles it also helps towards pain
