I am incredibly impressed with the service from Cerise at Prince Prime Properties. Not only did she find an outstanding tenant in less than a week, but her tenant screening process proved to be spot-on. The tenant has been perfect, always paying rent on or before the due date and keeping the property in immaculate condition. Throughout the process, Cerise's communication was clear, transparent, and always proactive. Highly recommend her services to any landlord.

Working the team at Prince Prime…
Working the team at Prince Prime Properties was a fantastic experience. As an investor, having someone who could source opportunities as well as help navigate negotiations and the contractual agreements was invaluable.
They were proactive, transparent, and invested in helping me achieve the best outcome. I always felt informed and supported throughout the process, and their attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly.
What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They liaised directly with the property owner, assisted with contract negotiations, and helped ensure that the deal was structured appropriately for my investment goals.
