I initially used them as they had very competitive pricing and had quick delivery and as hoped, the hand dryer, a Kangarillo 2 arrived exactly as described the next day for a very good price.

Nearly a year in, the hand dryer broke due to a problem beyond the warranty however, despite this, Rachel did everything she could do to fix the issue and managed to get the problem solved for me in time for a busy weekend at the bar. Amazing service and much more than you would usually expect from such a competitively priced online shop.

Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Been using Handydryers for some time now to supply Kangarillo dryers to the leisure industry.
Have always found them reliable and polite to deal with.
Recently had a problem with a faulty hand dryer and the service i received was first class.
Replacement turned up the following day even though it was a Saturday and faulty unit was collected promptly.

simple ordering and accurate delivery times

We run a sweet shop so working with food running backwards and forwards serving customers, cleaning. We really needed a hand drier that worked fast, hygienic and efficient. Great product and not flimsy.
I am thinking of getting another one for our house as my husband is a gardener and always shouting where is the towel.

Seemed cheap but is actually great value.

We ordered the goods, received a pro forma invoice, paid it by bacs.
One would think when the payment was received the goods would have been sent out. Not quite, we had to chase and the answer to the simple question - "have you received our monies and when will the goods arrive?"
the answer came back - "I will get back to you in 24 hours!!"
They did come back and the goods were despatched.
Would we still be waiting for the goods if we had not chased the order?
