I am very disappointed with the service…
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Handy Experts. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I scheduled an appointment for moving a couple of electrical sockets, and everything seemed fine. However, the electrician kept changing the booking multiple times, making it extremely inconvenient for me.
First, the appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, and no reasonable explanation was given apart from an error they had made after i had taken time off to be at home for them. Then, after waiting another a few days for the next appointment booked, within the arrival time 8am-1pm the electrician called to say he would only be able to do part of the job that had been clearly specified and documented.
The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was evident. I had to take time off work and rearrange my schedule multiple times, only to be let down each time. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. To make it worse, the offered a meer £50 discount if i booked with them again or a £25 cash payment
I cannot recommend Handy Experts to anyone who values their time and expects reliable service. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else who respects their customers and keeps their commitments.

We understand the original appointment was booked for the same day, and we informed you of the unavailability as soon as possible within an hour of the booking. This was our error and we sincerely apologise for that. The appointment was rescheduled for the next available slot. The electrician called you ahead within the agreed time slot, however after a more technical discussion between yourselves it transpired that the job was more complex than initially expected, and you did not wish to proceed with the estimate provided.

Prompt, friendly and efficient.
They replied to my request very promptly, were very friendly on the phone, clearly explained what the visit would involve and the costs and organised a visit for the next morning. The electrician arrived at the agreed time, was very polite and efficient, solved the problems, did an overall check and I felt assured that things were safe again.

Fast service, tidy work, professional
Called on Thursday to get some radiators removed and puppies called, arranged for Tuesday first thing, plumber came at 0820, explained the job, plumber estimated time and got on with the job. He didn't stop, just kept gong. Bled the system, took the rads off, capped the pipes nicely, refilled system and checked.
Plumber was great.
Service was great.

Good service and work quality
Great, efficient service. Michael was on time and the curtain rods went up quicky and very neatly.
We've used him before to hang pictures and mirrors and appreciated the quality of his work.
